First impression of Hotel Entrance - clean, tidy, appealing and tropical. We were a group of 10 which arrived very late 11:30pm and we were Served by staff with a smile and served juices on our late arrival. Luggage was taken by staff to our clean and tidy rooms. Rooms were open design, spacious and shower huge. Towels changed daily... More

Starting with the positives: 1. Most of the staff were friendly and willing to please. Met some great people. Great service. Manager Yvonne always made sure of that. 2. We were upgraded to a pool side villa at no extra cost due to our villa being double booked. 3. Pool was clean. 4. Cocktails were great and inexpensive. We stayed... More

We spent two lovely nights in the Orator Hotel near Apia. We found the staff to be wonderful and very attentive. It was a lovely setting, very restful and quiet during our stay. It was great to experience dining with locals, staff and their families during Easter and we enjoyed the pool and garden surroundings. The air conditioning unit maybe... More

Our stay at the Orator was good except a few things, The standard villa we stayed in was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, quite environment and beautiful gardens. NOTE: villas are so close to each other that you must draw the curtains day and night so the staff and other guests don't get a full view of the inside... More

Well one place to start would be the positives. Such as location was great and the rooms/facilities are nice. Besides that the staff need a serious overhaul! Consistency is definitely what needs to be put into place. FILTER and CLEAN the pool, hardly wanted to use it. Dirty, murky, empty bottles at the bottom. A pool cover would be a... More

A decent enough place to rest your head. Check in was a pain as they seemed to have lost our booking but sorted it out quickly enough. The staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food including fresh fruit and pancakes.Had lunch one day and it was terrible. I had tacos and it was... More

This resort is clearly targeted at upper end clients and for conferences. Beautiful drive way, grounds, environment, pineapple and taro plantations surrounding each chalet. You could spot little geckos running around everywhere. The service was so attentive it felt slightly uncomfortable, but this probably depends on the part of the world you come from. The staff's natural friendliness shone through. .... More

After reading reviews on trip advisor, I thought that management would've fixed this... I was proven wrong. Upon arrival, we were left waiting as they could not find the key. They opened the room for us, but when we wanted to go out and explore, we realised they hadn't given us a key. When we asked for a key, staff... More

The only thing that was good was we checked in at 2pm on Christmas Day and they let us check out at midday on Boxing Day. The grounds are riddled with stray cats and dogs - it's feral. I had my 8 mth old swimming in the baby pool but the dog jumped in and the water was dirty. There... More
