After considerable research prior to my trip I prebooked our stay here at Lusia's Lagoon Chalets and I am very glad I did. Lusia's is a 15 minute walk or short taxi drive from the ferry terminal. We stayed in two of the Lagoon Chalets which were right over the lagoon, this allowed us a peaceful resting place along with... More

Set in tropical jungle surrounds, fales discretely hidden within, with chalets over the ocean lagoon, and hotel rooms with tranquil lawn and water frontage, almost hidden from the road, and close to warf and markets. Oh, and there is a fresh water rock pool. This very special place has it all, covering all budgets, and having travelled extensively worldwide, I... More

We stayed in the bungalows on the lagoon. The staff was lovely and for new years night the cocktails were awesome! We were able to jump off into the lagoon right from our decks. The jetty was right next to our room too. There is a ladder that you can climb up and down to go snorkelling. There is kayaks... More

Lusia's was a wonderful spot from which to base our Savai'i adventures. It is literally right down the road from the ferry terminal but feels a millions miles from civilisation when you get to your fale. The fales are basic, but a good price and killer view. We upgraded to a fancy-pants chalet for our final night as there were... More

We stayed here for 1 night after a plane and ferry ride from Australia and it was a great start to our trip. We stayed in a water front chalet and loved being able to climb down the ladder into the lagoon. It was nice to stay somewhere a little bit different. Food was great too and returned for lunch... Jim and the staff at Lusia's made our stay very lovely and relaxing. We were lucky enough to stay in 'Camilla', one of the water front chalets and it was so lovely to wake up to the sound of the lagoon water lapping away at our doorstep. The food was basic but good (try the amazing Oka), the atmosphere relaxed... More

We stayed here recently at the start and end of our bike tour around Savaii. We stayed in the motel rooms which were very nice. Everything was ok. Negatives were a wobbly toilet room 2 downstairs, room 1 downstairs the fridge needed replacing only minor things. The staff were friendly and a special mention to Tui he was a great... More

We were there on in the penthouse on 28 June 2014 and although it was a short time it was a very pleasant time. The staff were very friendly and happy to show our 3 boys were to swim etc. Rosa is beautiful and makes sure your room is nice and tidy
