I wanted to review this place, but then I got nervous - what if a great review meant alot more people wanted to come and suddenly, it was harder to get in? But, really, it's worth the risk! I'm going to break this review down into a few basic things. To give you an idea of my travel background I... More

Where can I start? The staff!!! Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. Stand outs are Tui and Henry. Both these gentlemen were so friendly and wanting to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. They quickly became friends as we chatted and they assisted us with our attempts to learn some of the Samoan language. To... More

Talofa! Thanks so much to the both of you for such a positive review for choosing to stay with us during your trip to Samoa. We also enjoyed meeting the both of you and hope you'll be back someday soon. Also i'm very pleased to hear that you received the shoes. All the best and Tofa Soifua! Jim More

Highly recommended best location, atmosphere, staff and service. 5 min drive from ferry terminal 5 mins drive to local markets. Friendly staff always providing great service with a smile thanks to Jim, Tui, Sela, Misi and rest of staff crew. Best experience with fale over lagoon with clean shared facility but preferred to pay bit more to enjoy air con... More

My boyfriend and I did not stay but dined here.....twice😊 The food was so much better than the resort we resided. Dinner was so beautiful we requested to see the breakfast menu. Hence the reason we were there early the next morning 😉 The service next to none... Great job guys. Will definitely be back again😘

The rooms here were very well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and ready to help at all times. The location is absolutely perfect, the kind of place where staying in the hotel grounds alone was enough to keep you both entertained and relaxed. I stayed in a lagoon chalet with en suite - the extra money for the room was... More

We stayed at Lusia’s for two weeks in January 2015, having found them via Expedia. Do not presume that if it says ‘last one available’ that it is in fact the last one, check Lusia’s own website. If you’re looking for a golf course like, themed resort, then this is not the place for you. However, if you’re looking for... More

I have traveled the world, you will never forget the amazing experience of this hotel! At first i was hesitant because of the ferry "To leave the main land, or not?" I was COMPLETELY worth it! Stay in a chalet over the water! super friendly staff, truly amazing experience. FYI, on Sunday, the town shuts down. nice if you just... More

There were two main guys with whom we interacted the most. They always wanted to make sure we had what we needed and honestly wanted to know if everything was OK. Since leaving there, I have visited two subsequent resorts, and the best food and the friendiest people where from Lusia's Lagoon. I think the guys names were Tui and... More

Stayed at this place for 4 nights with my parents and my little nephew, service and food was excellent, the rooms were very tidy and very spacious, the staff from the desk manager to the cleaners were very helpful, and cheerful, would like to make special mention to "Henry" the waiter, showing true professional manner in treating his guests, knowing... Very easy to reach from de ferry wharf, all the buildings are hidden in the forest. My fale was a little bit to much open (if it's rainy and windy you risk to get wet) but the price is so good that it doesnt make any problem. You can have big and cheap dinner and breakfast, swim in the lagoon,... More
