Thank you to Va-i-Moana for the generous sponsorship. Last night at Rendezvous Restaurant Samoa (Apia), close to 70 people turned up to our fun Karaoke Night. Va-i-Moana gifted a weekend for 2 voucher as our main prize for the night. Your generous gift and continuous support is greatly appreciated. Fa'afetai, fa'afetai, fa'afetai tele lava. Have a safe weekend.

We booked a beach fale 'Sunset 1', right on the sea for 6 nights. Having the sunset go down in front of your private deck whilst watching turtles go about their business in the clear waters was amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, more like staying with family (the ones you like) than a resort. Access to a... More

We spent only two nights here but felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Michelle and her staff are great and extremely friendly & helpful, and the entertainment at dinner was fantastic. When we arrived we were given a niu (coconut) & we sat on the deck overlooking an amazing view - it made us feel very welcome, spoilt... More

Stayed for 8 days late July/Aug. and found Va-i-moana the most relaxed resort we have ever stayed in. Staff are really the key to it's success, and Michelle and her crew are to be congratulated for achieving and maintaining this magic formula. While there may be shortcomings in the rooms, they are still comfortable and welcoming. A general store is... More

Jane and I were seeking for a break from the the southern winter - a destination where we could find warm water in which to swim and respite and tranquility to escape the relentless grind of demanding jobs. Having previously travelled to Fiji, and very much enjoying the hospitality of the Fijians we decided to again visit the South Pacific... More

Small resort – big hearts Stayed at Vaimoana for 3 weeks and I loved every moment of being there. The only disappointment was lack of spear-fishing but this was only because locals do not have the dissent spear-fishing equipment. I was lucky to try the local spear-fishing using the sling technique thank to Natu and his father in law –... More

Stayed here for 7 nights in July. A perfect location - an assortment of accommodation - units, closed fales with or without bathrooms, open fales, set amongst the coconut trees. The closed fales are kind of quirky. The shower being a simple piece of plastic pipe with a shower head - nothing but cold water. I thought this might be... More

This place would have to be the best resort that I stayed at in Savaii! We had a 3 night stay and I wish I could've stayed longer. The service was outstanding, the breakfasts and dinners were included, the lodgings were great. Great beach setting with fishing opportunities, free use of kayaks and traditional Samoan demonstrations. The workers couldn't do... More

4 of us were biking Savaii and outdoor samoa booked us into Vai Moana. A great spot, lovely fale overlooking the sea and the restaurant was a real treat with lovely twinkling lights and great table settings making the whole experience just gorgeous. Don't go past this option!

We were two exhausted business partners desperately needing a quick break, so we chose Vaioana after reading Tri Advisor reviews - and it lived up to all of those wonderful reviews. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was about relaxation, warmth, peace, friendliness, caring, top notch customer service. it was fabulous. Yes the rooms are... More
