I camped here for 5 nights and even though there was a lot of rain it was a lovely place to be. From the fireflies that I could see through my tent during the night, to the insects and birds greeting me each morning, to the warm sun that poked it's head out every day to dry my tent off,... More

Perfect place to stay or camp in a tranquil paradise! Sue has done a wonderful job to provide a large communal dinning area, stocked kitchen, clean facilities and hot hot showers! She invests so much into running the place and making it an enjoyable environment. There are many places nearby to hike or view waterfalls. Great option in a beautiful... More

Arrived with a tour group but my husband and I opted to upgrade to a room rather than camp, as we arrived after dark, it was raining, and both of us were still suffering altitude sickness. The best upgrade ever!! Just 9$ per person extra to upgrade to a charming room with private bathroom, be dry all the time, and... More

We had planned to camp but the continual rain encouraged us to upgrade to a room. The room was a reasonable size with a small bathroom. At first the room appeared clean but the curtains had many spiders webs, and some spiders. There was a pleasant shared lounge room and kitchen. The gardens and camping sites were very overgrown. The... More

Been there with a group. Sue and Mark will do a lot for you If your hobby is photography try to stop Mark from tallking about it. The rooms are clean and nice. The garden is like a real jungle. The river is near and you hear the sound. Wifi, but it is not free. Ask Sue about activities. They... More

Where do I start, this little place truly lives up to it's name, a breathtaking location with lush garden, exquisite birdlife, fabulous facilities and the best hosts you could ask for. It has been over a year since I was last at Pequeno Paraiso and I still miss it terribly. Sue couldn't make you feel more at home and nothing... More

Amazing place where to make a stop and relax.. with a little pool for the hot days. The beautifull garden gives you a glimpse into the amazon with all types of vegetation, trees and flowers.. with incredible wildlife as colorful birds singing (the stunning cock of the rock if you get lucky!). The charming hostess Susanna will provide delicious food... More

We were the only 2 people staying here, and received really personalized and amazing service from the owner, Sue. She made super healthy meals for us and has a whole pack of adopted dogs that were bound to die if she didn't take them in. I actually got quite sick while I was there and she let us stay in...
