I stayed in the hotel for a business meeting of 3 days. It was a great surprise, the good service we received from everybody at the hotel, and the good food we got every meal every day. I think I gained like 3 kilos taking advantage of the good food there. Definitely is a good place with really good rates... More

With six people, the Hotel gave us a beautiful 3+ bedroom cabin overlooking the lake. We went there for the hot springs, and went to both, one at the lanceros hotel which is related to the colonial hotel, and the other at the Colonial, a short walk or drive from our cabin. The hot springs were the attraction but the... More

I was a guest from a member. Unfortunately we weren't even able to check in because my daughter and I did not have our passports. The counter employee indicated that I needed to at least produce my Colombian cedula or have someone email it. After I went through all that trouble, he said we were immigrants and needed our passports... More

I was going to Paipa to be in a diferent hotel but it was fully booked. We decided to try this one and we glad we did it. The hotel was refurbished recently so the rooms were fresh, big and full equipped. It seems that all the rooms are suites meaning with an extra room. The room was very clean... More

I spent a few days here with my family and I was less than pleased. It started with the call center, I first made a reservation for three days Monday through Wednesday but wanted to change the reservation to Tuesday through Thursday. I was told I would be charged 90% of my rate and would have to pay seperately for... More

We stayed with my family for a weekend in September and although the hotel have a lot amenities like tennis courts, lake club, pool, bowling, etc. The hotel need to be renovated, the rooms are very old & the beds are very uncomfortable, also the food is not great, however the hotel stuff are really nice & friendly.

What can I say I really liked this hotel service was great and our cabin was perfect; the food was great at the hotel restaurant and the Club Nautico. The hotel has many things to offer such as Tennis courts, a bowling alley and off course the pool with the volcanic water. It is definetely a place to relax as... More
