This is one of the most luxurious hostels I have ever stayed in. The tile floors are heated, the bathrooms are modern with strong water pressure and hot water - always. The top floor has incredible views overlooking the Beagle Channel as well as the surrounding mountains. There are plenty of common areas with couches and tables - perfect for... More

Stayed in this hostel for 5 nights and couldn't get enough of it. Facilites- wise it is very modern, new and eco-friendly. Awesome showers, lights turn on when you get in and out when you go away, great TV room, Pool Table and Table Tennis and a sweet common area just to sit back and relax. It also has great... More

Ok you guys, I've been travelling in South America for six months already...and this is definitely the best hostel I've been to in the continent. It is just home! The hostel is really clean and the facilities are great! Even the floors are heated - better than home! The atmosphere was awesome! the staff was really fun and the hostel... More

My friend and I stayed here after arriving from 2 separate locations and both of us were eaten alive by bed bugs. We also stayed in separate rooms (I was in room 8 or 9 if I remember correctly) Lots of pluses - friendly staff, one if the cleaner kitchens I've come across, good location, spacious rooms, nice view from... Nice rooms with lots of space and big lockers to store your belongings. Bathrooms are good and never had a cold shower. The heated floors were awesome and kept the place nice and warm... maybe too hot at times. Internet was poor but seems to be epidemic in Argentinian patagonia, and just depends on luck. Nice upstairs room for chilling,... More

Can't fault this place. Large clean dorms and bathrooms, decent breakfast, large common areas, weekly asado, helpful staff. Is stayed here before/after my Antarctica trip and loved it. Wifi is a bit slow...but that's Ushuaia for you.

In the top five hostels we have stayed in during our four month trip through South America. Excellent staff who are very helpful with organising trips around the area and to Antarctica. Dorms are clean with modern ensuites, if a little small. Kitchen is small but adequate but the best feature of the hostel is its large chill out room... More

Very conveniently located hostel in Ushuaia. Breakfast is good with fruit included. Great common area. The clincher for my girlfriend and I is that the beds are terrible. Too old and bad for your back as they all sink in the middle. Another thing is the toilets are hot and sweaty like a night club with no air flow. Celeste... More

Arrived in Ushuaia cold, tired, and hungry and managed to get a bed at freestyle just before they fully booked up for the night. The place was a godsend. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a ton of good ingredients left over from other travelers (I didn't have to buy food at all while I was there) and there... More

We stayed there for 3 nights and frankly were scrambling to find another place to stay after the first night! We ended up staying there as we couldn't find anything affordable at the last minute. The hostel is well located but don't stay there if you want to get a good night sleep! I don't mind a party any time... More
