Spent two days in Ushuaia--the end of the earth--and this hotel was just wonderful. Nice breakfast, close to main street, clean nd spacious rooms, and very responsive and knowledgable desk. No Complaints at all.

Firstly it's important to mention that I was here on business, so can only comment on the facilities and standard of room rather than the value. Our room was smart, clean and had a great bathroom. The breakfasts are in the top floor of the hotel with great views and we enjoyed our couple of days here before heading off... More

We paid $us185 for standard room.very average but a comfortable bed. The pillows were very thin although clean. No blanket just a thin cotton woven bedcover and we were very cold. After receiving a less than friendly response from reception to place items in their( asked to put items in office safe because the room safe is not secured and... More

The name says it all. What does it mean? It's a medium-sized newish- built basic unexciting transit hotel, built, I suspect, to accommodate departing/arriving Antarctic cruise passengers. Ushuaia is a "frontier" town and this is the hotel to match.

Hi, From the time I arrived at the hotel after being taken there by a driver, I enjoyed it immensely. I loved the room, the breakfast and the close proximity to the town, albeit a lovely little hill. The staff were friendly and courteous, also very helpful and I would stay there again. I didn't see too many people until... More

Very close to town, almost half way in relation to San Martin avenue. Walking distance to the harbour and museums. A bit noisy due to paper thin walls. Not friendly at all, nobody says hello. It felt like being on a business. The room was similar to a travel lodge hotel. The carpet was a bit grotty but the sheets... More

The hotel is located in the middle of a steep hill. It's at a good location though. A couple of blocks down the hill is where the main street is and that's where all the shops and restaurants are located. We arrived there early in the morning so we weren't able to check in right away, but the lobby area... More

Like others using this hotel while in Ushuaia to connect with an Antarctic cruise we found it comfortable, convenient (despite the steep hill), and very helpful and obliging in allowing ready access to luggage storage and toilets with flight arrivals well before check-in. Our experience was very helpful staff, but some lack of attention to detail in operations. Our door... More

A couple of blocks up a fairly steep hill from the commercial street, it is fine for a short stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable albeit sterile in character. Great view from the breakfast room, but breakfast itself is rather limited: cold Continental, no warm dishes. Wifi works well. Yes, cost of items if damaged was incredible! We remedied the heat... This is a fairly standard mid-budget hotel. It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of the main commercial area and close to the port. The entrance foyer is inviting, rooms quite spacious and comfortable, and well-appointed with a TV, safe etc. Breakfast is the usual fare from about every hotel in Argentina, but the view from the dining room (and...
