The hotel is located in the middle of a steep hill. It's at a good location though. A couple of blocks down the hill is where the main street is and that's where all the shops and restaurants are located. We arrived there early in the morning so we weren't able to check in right away, but the lobby area... More

Like others using this hotel while in Ushuaia to connect with an Antarctic cruise we found it comfortable, convenient (despite the steep hill), and very helpful and obliging in allowing ready access to luggage storage and toilets with flight arrivals well before check-in. Our experience was very helpful staff, but some lack of attention to detail in operations. Our door... More

A couple of blocks up a fairly steep hill from the commercial street, it is fine for a short stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable albeit sterile in character. Great view from the breakfast room, but breakfast itself is rather limited: cold Continental, no warm dishes. Wifi works well. Yes, cost of items if damaged was incredible! We remedied the heat... This is a fairly standard mid-budget hotel. It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of the main commercial area and close to the port. The entrance foyer is inviting, rooms quite spacious and comfortable, and well-appointed with a TV, safe etc. Breakfast is the usual fare from about every hotel in Argentina, but the view from the dining room (and... By far the most modern hotel we stayed at during our 9 nights through Patagonia. Felt like a Holiday Inn Express. Even a television! Wifi worked great and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Room was moderate sized and bed was very comfortable, as was the copious amounts of hot water from the highly pressurized shower.... More

THE MOST HORRIBLE THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. the staff are very rude to the guest from the front desk down to the breakfast room. They act as if you are begging to stay in their hotel for free and they have to make sure you don't steal anything. No service mind at all. The worst hotel... More

I recently stayed here after an Antarctic cruise and this was a fantastic room/hotel. It was spacious, clean, relaxing and great bed. The hotel is only 2 blocks back from main streets but it is up a small hill so be prepared. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Front desk staff really helpful and assisted in me... Mil810 is 2 blocks uphill from the main road, so has wonderful views of the mountains, the Beagle Channel and the shipping activities at the wharf. Unfortunately the walls in the hotel are paper-thin and all noises in the next room come through loud and clear. The breakfast was generous and the lounge/dining room was on the highest floor and... This hotel is small and just up the hill from the main areas of the town. The rooms were compact and clean and small. The staff at the desk was courteous and helpful. The hotel turned me off on two occasions...Upon entering the room there is a note beside the bed outling the cost of replacing blankets, bedspread, pillowcases, sheets,... More

We stayed both pre and post our trip to Antarctica. Great location, just a block up a steep hill from the main shopping precinct. Very helpful front desk staff, free wifi. Great view from the breakfast room but breakfast options include too many sweets and not enough fresh food. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything going... More
