We definitely enjoyed our stay at Los Yamanas. The hotel itself is nice. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. Good food at the restaurant. However, the location is pretty far from the city center. If you're looking to just relax & not do much at all then the location is not too bad. It would have been nice if... more

We stayed two nights while visiting local attractions in and around Ushuaia. The Los Yamanas was very comfortable- great beds, large rooms, nice bathroom, nice furniture. Breakfast was better than average compared to others during our 2 week visit to Argentina. Lobby space, bar and dining area were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Computer access was really slow... more

FANTASTIC experience! We stayed 4 nights, which is a lot longer than most guests (most people go cruising to Antarctica). The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk crew. The views from the guestrooms are breathtaking, and you can take day trips hiking straight from the hotel. Unlike other reviews, we found the food to be amazing, although the... more

We moved to this hotel after our first place had too much construction noise. So the biggest plus is that this place is much more quiet and isolated than all but the most expensive in town. Right on a quiet, peaceful stretch of coast. And even those more expensive places don't have Yamanas excellent location on the coast. Unless you... more

Los Yanamas is an excellent 4* Hotel. The personal working on the reception are nice and friendly. The rooms are very confortable and warm (outside was cold . It was also snowing), and clean. The whole Hotel looks very clean. The restaurant is good, not excellent , but offers a basic good choice of meals, for guests who don't want... more

In fact we have nothing against Los Yamana. We stay at the top floor near the roof and we could listen the wind but this was not a big problem as the view is wonderful. The restaurant and the kichen are good. The staff was ok and the internet is so slow that we had doubts if was working or... more

Although there are a couple of higher starred hotels in Ushuaia, Los Yamanas stands out because it's smaller, friendlier and better Price/benefit that the rest .. Hotel staff is very professional and smart. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, there's a small SPA and a game room Outside views are breathtaking and general atmosphere is excellent, you can feel like you... more

Though it's a little far from the downtown, it's in a very nice location: calm and in front of the Ushuaia Bay. The rooms are quite big, the staff is very friendly and the view is impressive. more

WOW! This hotel is set on the lake with such amazing views it is incredible. The staff are very nice and with our little bit of Spanish and thier little bit of English, we managed quite well. The rooms are comfortable, but there is NO sound-proofing. We could actually hear the guy above us snoring and the people next to... more
