A really nice hotel with well equipped rooms (including baths) and views of the Beagle channel. Staff are very friendly and helpful - hotel is a wee walk from town (around 25min) but nothing that should put you off as taxi's are cheap. It is also perfectly located for the glacier and tea rooms located at the base. Much nicer... More

This hotel is some way from the City Center but as it is on higher ground the views are enviable. We enjoyed our stay here, the room was comfortable with an excellent view. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the food at dinner was good but the service was poor. The desk staff were very helpful in arranging tours and a... More

Overall nice hotel, large rooms with basic amenities, located a bit far from the town centre - a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride for around USD 7. Rooms very very hot, there's no use turning the heat down, it won't work. I had to leave the window open the whole night so that the temperature inside the room... More

The walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor you are in trouble. Because everything in the city and in the hotel is so expensive we decided to leave earlier and the hotel charged all the nights even though we left 2 days earlier. They may also charge you for drinks that you did not consume so if... More

First rate experience! Wonderful room with a king bed and view, staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the night desk person, Elizabeth; she was a rock star of customer service. Restaurant was delicious and we got 15% off our bill each time we ate there as guests. It is a hike from town, but the view is beautiful and... More

This hotel is on the hill leading to the glacier, but is positioned lower down the slope than the other hotels, making it easy to walk to town while still providing a great view of Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel. Feels a bit like a Swiss chalet. The furnishings in my room felt a bit spartan, but the bed was... More

I have been there during my honey moon: two days in Usuhaia! The hotel is nice and clean, far away from the city centre but extremely easy to reach with the taxi (that is extremely cheap in this town). Nice continental breakfast too, only negative (?) point (but very minor) was the heating too high…solved just closing the radiator valve!... More

A good hotel in Ushuaia with fantastic views over the city and an excellent restaurant. I only stayed overnight as I was waiting to board a ship for a tour of the glaciers along Cape Horn arriving in Punta Arenas. I dined at the restaurant in the evening with an order of the South American King Crab (Centolla) which was... More
