We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Ushuaia. The place is located on a small hill very close to town centre. Town is quite small so most of the places are walk away in the centre. We had a large room with good beds. Heating worked well and the area is quiet. Kitchen was equipped... More

We stayed here for 4 nights when in Ushuaia. The lady running the building is very friendly and helpful - storing our bags whilst we hiked and keen to show us the room we would stay in. It is centrally located - although Ushuaia is built on a hill. The facilities are good - and ask if there isn't something... More

The Accommodation is very nice and the owners are nice too. It’s located just near the pedestrian street San Martin even if for arriving there you must rise about 200m. The price is good in comparison to the others Accommodation. Pay attention if you pay with VISA. The Lady tried to apply us not the Official Rate but the Rate... More

This place is fantastic! For less than you'd pay for a hotel room in many places (including plenty of Ushuaia properties) you get a studio apartment with kitchen facilities. Our "room" easily slept 3 people. We had a double bed, a single bed, table and chairs, couch, and a complete kitchen. The bathroom is small but clean and very serviceable... More

Great service. I felt at home with Liliana's politeness and help and the extreme cleanliness of the place. Cabo San Diego is not far from the city comercial center and the port (even with Ushuaia's steep streets). For sure my place in Ushuaia.

I am a solo female traveller and went to patagonia in february 2014. I have travelled extensively and this is by far one of the best hotel/apartments I have ever stayed in. It felt like home when I was Ushuaia, and I never once felt lonely or unattended. The staff were always kind and friendly and went out of their... More

We travel a lot and seldom have been the beneficiary of such good service. Juan went out of his way to assist us during and after our stay in a lovely and genuine way and we appreciated it. Cabo San Diego is a couple of (steep) streets back from the waterfront. It is a 2 storey building with 6 rooms... More

We stayed at this small but lovely family owned/operated apartment/hotel for 5 nights prior to our Antarctic Adventure. We were very comfortable and welcome at Hotel Cabo San Diego. Juan transferred us from the airport (complimentary service) to the hotel as promise and was very helpful in giving us a quick English orientation to Ushuaia and suggestions for exploring the... I'm at last in Ushuaia in Tierra del Fogo, in the sounthernest spot in South America and nearst Antarica as possible. The hotel or apart hotel I am staying is the best ever! the owner, mr. Juan Cabral has taken his time to cross the Argentinian 'cordilheiras' and, in a single day we have been everywhere! As from walking in... More

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Cabo San Diego. It is family owned and the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The apartment has everything you need to cater for yourself and there are plenty if supermarkets close by for provisions. We were travelling with bicycles and Juan went out... More
