I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this one is by far the best managed one I've seen. The bathrooms, kitchen, and rooms were very clean! Ana was great at recomending places to visit, restaurants, and tour guides. They can be a little strict with rules but in my opinion that is exactly what i want when one is... More

Background: originally planned staying for 4 nights but extended it to 6 as we loved Ushuaia/this hostel Budget: backpacker Pros: the staff were incredibly nice and very helpful, the location is very central (2 min walk to main street, supermarket, 5 min walk to bus), clean, well equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, cutlery, fridge), wifi excellent (in common room which in... This hostel has a great location, the staff is friendly, they provided us all the information we needed. The only thing is that the WiFi is only in the living room. I'm happy I stayed there, it is definitely worth it

This hostel is well located, has good clean rooms, a small but good kitchen and clean bathrooms. However what really got to me was all the rules plastered all over the walls - you will be kicked out if you wash your clothes in the bathroom, don't have sex in the dorms, respect people no matter where you are from,... Very well located, the hole hostel is heated (sometimes even too much), very clean bathrooms, the shared bedroms are ok with lockers in it, you have free wifi and a couple of computers you can use free of charge, a nice kitchen with basic utensils, a huge friendly dog (kren), and a very helpfull and atentious staff. We had a... More

We had a great stay here. We could only book one night as they were full and so then moved to a hostel out of town which was a shame as we really enjoyed it here. The staff and owners were really nice and allowed us back into the hostel to have dinner and drinks with our friends who were... More

We have been 4 guys which left after one night because we hate the place. Unfriendly staff which behave to the guests like little kids. A lot of rules, we felt like soldiers. "Don't use the kitchen, Don't use your ugly shoes, don't put your sheets that way..." Don't go there if you want to feel like in a vacation.

Hostel??? -- Hostile! Don´t let its appearance trick you. What a uncomfortable place to stay! I totally don´t write reviews generally. But this time I feel like I really need to. As stated in some reviews below: Stupid, unnecessary and especially unkindly expressed rules ALL over the place. You better not have an early departure or feel like a midnight... More

The hostel has a good atmosphere, its easy to meet people there, the bathrooms were clean and always had hot water, and I always got good advice from the staff about activities around Ushuaia. Also its important to say that there's an Alaska dog living in the hostel, I like it because the dog is really friendly, but people with... More

When you arrive at the hostel you are not greeted but rather instructed on the rules of the hostel. You must take off your shoes, cannot eat out of the dining room even though lights are off after 10:30 and the kitchen is closed afterwards. Funny how a hostel full of rules does not apply to the owners or their... More
