We stayed as a family of four just prior to Christmas in a cuadruple room with no view. Wifi worked well, service good, location central, clean and modern rooms and a amazing breakfast view! Would definitely recommend it.

This is our second visit - first was a year ago. This time we were given a room with a "courtyard view" - ie nothing. But this was no problem and we spent time in the top floor lounge / dining area absorbing the view of the harbour and mountains. Our room was fine and we kept it cool enough... More

We have visited this hotel on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. The interior is kinda modern. The restaurant has a GREAT view over the bay. The female Receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be there. Wifi was working well and fast.

Modern decor in the hotel and the room. Not a lot of walking space around the king size bed (room 4), but had a sitting area near the door. Regular size bathroom with big jacuzzi tub that looked clean but chipped (I didn't try it). Well located. Painfully slow wifi. Staff are polite, but don't seem to go out of... More

Overall impression of hotel was nice. However when we asked about bottle opener we were told that to open the bottle of wine would cost us about 100 Argentinean peso - $8! Which was almost twice that we paid for the wine. We can't understand how it is possible to justify the cost of this service.

Located two/three blocks from downtown shopping/restaurant area. Excellent vista of city/mountains from fourth floor restaurant/breakfast area. Room quiet with comfortable bed. Front desk staff competent and understood enough English to be helpful. Breakfast selections more diverse than most hotels I stayed at during three week adventure tour.

This hotel is 2 blocks away from Calle San Martin, which is the main street in Ushuaia. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Rooms are modern and clean, good breakfast with good views of the Channel. No restaurant in the premises but with downtown so close many options in a 5 block radius.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December 2015. The entire stay was pleasant and without incident. The room is of standard/decent size (by Hong Kong standards!), good shower, good heaters (both in the room and in the bathroom). Location: a bit up on the hills, but it's just 10 min walk from the pier and even less from most... More

The staffs are friendly and helpful (gave us restaurant recommendations, provided the city map, introduced some attractions nearby, helped us get a taxi and arranged the day trip tour.) The hotel itself is quite new and we were "wow" by the the breakfast room - very nice view. The selections are pretty good. WIFI is not very stable in the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in december 2015 and had a rather disappointing experience. Rooms are tastefully decorated but very cramped. Wifi was absent or very unstable in the room. Due to an unfortunate accident (mea culpa) the top of the flushing compartment of the toilet came off when I picked up the towel I left there (due to... More
