I stayed 2 nights at this hotel before moving down to the Hotel Albatros the night before our Antarctic cruise began. Since this hotel is up on the hill above the Beagle Channel and the town of Ushuaia, my room had a great view of them both. The view is even more spectacular from the breakfast room on the top... We booked this hotel a year in advance as starting point for an Antarctic cruise. The room we were allocated was very small ( no 16) and next to the water pump room . Everytime someone in the hotel used water the pump would start up to fill the tanks. Very very irritating. After complaint and being informed hotel was full... More

We stayed here for 2 night in December and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is very modern and the Apart Double room we had was simple but more than enough for a short stay. Our suite kitchen had a microwave and a mini-fridge, as well as clean utensils/plates/glasses for eating in. The location is a bit farther... More

Good boutique hotel located a few streets up from the main part of town. The rooms are large and well equipped and ours included a kitchenette. Good views from the top floor bar and breakfast room. Unfortunately they do not have their own restaurant up there to enjoy the views while dining, but good for a coffee and cake in... More

We spent four nights within the hotel. The good points: it is clean, modern; the people at the reception are very helpful and the view from the breakfast room is really nice. The bad points: it is quite expensive for what is provided; the breakfast is quite limited in quality and diversity of the products and the wifi does not... More

Nice boutique hotel located a few streets up from the main street (calle San Martin). The rooms are large and well equipped, staff is friendly, large common spaces to relax as well. Good views from the top floor bar and breakfast place. Sadly they do not have their own restaurant up there to enjoy the views while dining, but stop... More

This property may look clean and modern in the photos, but it is not up to anyone's standards. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we were intruding on the desk clerk's alone time. She was the rudest desk person I've ever met We could barely get a second bath towel for our room. The public areas... More

We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour. The breakfast room was on the top floor with panoramic windows so you could view all of Ushuaia. We really liked the decor. We think this is a newer hotel. Breakast and service were also great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very well located. You are right downtown, everything is 100% walkable. The hotel is quite funky, which we liked. Well put together. They have a restaurant on the 4th floor, which is where the breakfast buffet is - which is terrific. Has everything you could want! And during the day / evening they serve... More

Our room was not very big but perfectly adequate, same comment for the bathroom. Everything was clean, functional, in good working order, the WiFi worked good (at long last), the walk down to "downtown" Ushuaia barely 5 minutes long, the service attentive and competent (they even made two dinner restaurant reservation for us). One the best hotels we stayed in... More
