We paid extra to get a room with a view over the Beagle Channel however, the one window with the view was quite small and we looked more onto the building in front than the channel. We had room 204. If you stay here, go for a room on 3rd floor. Also, the room was actually a 1 bed suite... More

I booked this hotel at the conclusion of an Antarctic expedition. Looks are very deceiving as at street level the building and the diminutive lobby doesn't look like much but once in the room WOW! Huge room with a queen size bed. The room ran the length / depth of the building so I had windows on two walls. I've... More

An overall great experience, have nothing but positive reviews on the staff and the hotel. Although, I did find their website a bit misleading as there was a promo for 5% off for last minute reservations, and when i contacted the reservation personnel I was told the hotel was sold out during my dates, meanwhile I was able to reserve... Excellent place to visit and to stay. We really enjoyed the boutique style hotel in overall, however the 360 deg. view from top restaurant was unexpected and spectacular. All together, completed with very nice and polite staff, make this hotel the best in Ushuaia, in our opinion. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time in Ushuaia.

We stayed here for a few days on honeymoon and were unimpressed. Hotel is convenient for the town and the restaurant has a great view of the bay. Staff were surly at best, room carpets were stained and it's far from cheap. There must be better choices.....

This is a small boutique hotel that took it to a different level. The staff is as courteous as they can possibly be and accommodate every request you make, the rooms are not sumptuous but they have everything you may need and are designed with functionality while maintaining a modern theme. Location is excellent if you can walk (Ushuaia is... More

Our luggage did not arrive to Ushuaia. The hotel could not offer us anything but schampoo and conditioner. Not even lotion. Usually hotel have toothbrush and shavingkits to offer, but they did not help out at all. The rooms are nice and the view from breakfastroom is great. The location is central and close to everything.

Sadly we only stayed here for one night but wish it could have been more. The rooms are beautifully appointed in a contemporary style. One of the most luxurious beds we experienced on our entire South American trip with high quality bedding to match. Diana on reception was particularly helpful both with restaurant recommendations and in helping with the printing... More

A very convenient location and superb sights of Ushuaia bay and the Beagle Channel. Exceptionally friendly staff, engaged with service to the traveller. Helpful front desk lady, whose name is Patricia. In summary, a very nice stay.

Nice staff, very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast room with wonderful view from Ushuaia. Two blocks from the main street, but it's a little hill. Overall, a nice place to stay, although a little expensive.
