We spent four nights within the hotel. The good points: it is clean, modern; the people at the reception are very helpful and the view from the breakfast room is really nice. The bad points: it is quite expensive for what is provided; the breakfast is quite limited in quality and diversity of the products and the wifi does not... More

Nice boutique hotel located a few streets up from the main street (calle San Martin). The rooms are large and well equipped, staff is friendly, large common spaces to relax as well. Good views from the top floor bar and breakfast place. Sadly they do not have their own restaurant up there to enjoy the views while dining, but stop... More

This property may look clean and modern in the photos, but it is not up to anyone's standards. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we were intruding on the desk clerk's alone time. She was the rudest desk person I've ever met We could barely get a second bath towel for our room. The public areas... More

We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour. The breakfast room was on the top floor with panoramic windows so you could view all of Ushuaia. We really liked the decor. We think this is a newer hotel. Breakast and service were also great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very well located. You are right downtown, everything is 100% walkable. The hotel is quite funky, which we liked. Well put together. They have a restaurant on the 4th floor, which is where the breakfast buffet is - which is terrific. Has everything you could want! And during the day / evening they serve... More

Our room was not very big but perfectly adequate, same comment for the bathroom. Everything was clean, functional, in good working order, the WiFi worked good (at long last), the walk down to "downtown" Ushuaia barely 5 minutes long, the service attentive and competent (they even made two dinner restaurant reservation for us). One the best hotels we stayed in... More

Very nice modern hotel with great location to downtown shopping and eateries. Good sized rooms with reasonable service. Excellent views from the top floor restaurant. Only a few blocks from the main street and dock area.

Beautiful rooms, really friendly front desk staff and great location. The breakfast was okay but the view was spectacular from the breakfast room. They don't serve lunch or dinner but the front desk staff gave us really great recommendations for excellent restaurants nearby and they went out of tehir way to help us arrange activities on our own to local... This hotel has some real potential, but first they have to care about their guests. I am not sure if the front desk staff realizes they are there to help people. I am actually still trying to short out our hotel bill. I booked our room using booking.com and was told I was charged the first night as a deposit.... More

We stayed for 3 nights and liked the room which was clean and nicely decorated. Surprisingly, the breakfast area was not in great shape, i.e. not as clean as you would expect and hope; it looks certainly much nicer on the photos than in reality. Breakfast was sufficient but quality of the food served was not great compared to other... More
