We got a cheap rate here and were really happy with our experience. The reception area and restaurant are very tastefully decorated, the room was a little basic but clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is not in the center, but has a reliable half-hourly shuttle service to town from the late afternoon. It is not that far,... More

We stayed 3 nights. Strange that we had to pay our stay upon arrival (with a final balance for extras) but the price is convenient. The hotel is very nice and the view of the lake is great. The heating was a bit too high and there was no way to reduce it. The personnel was very nice but somebody... More

The hotel was great, clean with a good view to Lago Argentino. Pamela was very helpfull especially because she speaks English :) It's quite far from the central of the city, but they have the free hotel transfer. Pay attention on the timeline of the car. The problem was they accidently made me pay double for the hotel room and... More

We stayed 3 nights in February of 2014 in a triple room. The hotel is away from downtown, but they run a shuttle during the evening that was very convenient. We hopped it a couple times to visit restaurants and shop to avoid the drive. The lobby of the hotel is really nice with a bar area and adjacent restaurant/breakfast... More

Very nice hotel by the Argentino Lake, it is far from downtown El Calafate so it is very quiet at night, during the day it has a very nice view from almost all common areas. Rooms are not very well sound proofed and this can be a problem in the morning when other guests are getting ready to go out... More

Very good hotel and nice staff. The rooms are large and comfortable, especially the ones with the lake view. Daily transfer to the town center organized in the afternoon. Excellent service n the reception desk and in the restaurant as well.

This is a hotel away from town and seems to be rebuild. The breakfast is almost nothing, internet goes very bad lake many other things. Also is good to take special care if you decide to make your reservation with the hotel. In my case was a chaos. Our first reservation was not confirmed and the second one made in... More

This was a really good, clean hotel with nice rooms. The rooms at the back have the most amazing view over the lake. I probably wouldn’t stay here again myself though as I would trade the view for being near the centre of town (see my other review for El Calafate). Useful tips: Choose a mountain/lake view (no point in... More
