I especially liked the warm room and the view across the mountains. I really liked the lake and the place has an air of calm about it. The staff were warm and friendly and recommended several trips. We were able to go on several trips and the prices were very good!

The rooms are clean and spectacular!! well furnished. the breakfast is excellent and adequate dinner. The lobby Bar it's perfect place to relax after a long day hiking. The staff were super attentive, assisting with organising car hire for us. Would definitely go back.

Although the rooms and lobby area were very nice, the location was a problem. Although they do have a shuttle, there are very limited hours, undependable service and space on the shuttle, and to get a taxi you have to either call a taxi to come to the hotel or in town you have to go to a taxi stand... We arrived tired in Calafate but it was worth it they treated us very well!!!!! in loved the excurcion fishing and we saw the glaciers, the lagoons and the mountain peak !!!!!! thank all the people in the hotel!!!!!!
