Stayed here for 4 nights while travelling around South America with my boyfriend. He chose this hotel without my input and I was very impressed. A little out of town as we knew from reviews, but means you get a better quality hotel than town prices. The transfer service was perfect anyway and if we wanted to stay out late... More

I landed at El Calafate in the afternoon and arrived at the hotel in the early evening, when the sun was still bright enough to let you appreciate the breathtaking landscape. The hotel is out of the town, it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the centre and half an hour to get to the airport. It... More

The hotel itself is very nice: clean, big rooms, helpful receptionists, good view. Yet we needed to go to town to collect travel and tour information as well as to have good meals and ice-cream, thus it is inconvenient. Its shuttle bus runs between 10:10am and 10:35pm on an hourly basis. We must take taxi from town because we missed... More

We found the hotel to be very good, quite new, clean and good service. The rooms were nicely decorated, with good taste. The best part: the view! With respect to being "far" from the center, we didn't think it was a problem. The transportation offered by the hotel was useful, and there was always the alternative of asking for a... More

The hotel is located far from town centre, however it is transfer every hour in and out. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and with amazing view, we had a room at the end of the hotel, we had view to the lake and town. Restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff, prices cheaper than... More

Nice hotel to stay. We had beautiful view from our room. Food was very good. Rooms are big and very clean. Well maintained hotel. But they messed up our days of stay. Overall our stay was good and enjoyable. Must get rooms facing the lake for scenic view.

We stayed at a double room in this hotel earlier this year partially overlooking Lago Argentino. The hotel is located on the outskirts of El Calafate and the hotel provides a free shuttle into town, a journey which takes around 20-25 minutes. Room size was adequate, not overly big and the bathroom came with an attached bathtub. Windows can be... More

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The overall cost/quality ratio is quite good. It is a bit far from town, but it makes things more relaxing, and the setting is quite tranquil, especially with the beautiful views of Lago Argentino. The breakfast was very basic.

As we arrived around 7pm to the hotel we had to hurry into town before 8pm as than the tour shops closed. We were lucky to be able to book the tours we wanted I would recommend using google and other websites to search for the things you want to see and do in El Calafate/Patagonia as many tours on...
