We fully enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!! Staff was very helpful and our room was perfect. The view from the hotel overlooking Lago Argentino while enjoying your breakfast is fantastic. Or just sitting in the couch or lying on the futon in the main room enjoying the view through the panorama window. There's also a fitness... More

The hotel is beautiful and provide small, fully equipped cottages with beautiful views from the city. You must try the jacuzzi at night: just stay there in the hot water admiring the stars, the moon and the night view of the city. The restaurant is not good at all, although with a very romantic ambiance. The food, especially the meat,... More

Great location and the building is impressive with high ceilings and beautiful woodwork. Rooms are comfortable. The only thing that really let the place down is the food which is terrible. A breakfast that 1970's British Rail would have been proud of and a dinner that wpd have been inedible except that we were so hungry.

We had one of those small 'cabañas' in front of the main house. And the view was awesome. From the very beginning the stuff was very nice and helped us whatever we asked for. The breakfast was very good (Argentina style) and the dinner was not to bad - eventhough I had better ones.

The reception area and breakfast place has huge floor to ceiling windows that offers extremely impressive view. The three-Bedroom Bungalow(for six of us) has the same window with beautiful lavender outside. It was such a great experience sitting on the sofa, drinking with friends and enjoying the view of moonlight reflection on the lake/sea? Not walking distance to the downtown... More

The reception area is impressive, with large floor to ceiling windows giving one of the best views of el Calafate.....and does give a 'boutique' air - the rooms don't really live up to the same standard, but they are comfortable, spacious and clean (the bedding might be upgraded from blankets to light quilts). There is a stand alone cabin in... More

The view of the hotel is nice but the location of the hotel is rather far to the city (not in walking distance). Room was ok, even if it became really cold in the night (and I am from Austria!). What we really did not like is the fact that they do not accept credit cards. It is not that... More

The location of the hotel is lovely albeit further out of town ( you need to get a taxi to take you into town). The reception area is lovely and really gives you a cosy feeling. Bed loungers can be used to lie and admire the view. Wifi is for free. The rooms were fine. Maybe not up to the... More

We got a bus from El Clafate airport which drops you off at whatever hotel you’re staying at. You don’t need to book this in advance as there are a few companies doing this and I think they charge around the same price. Ours cost 60 pesos each. When I booked this hotel I had thought it was more in... More

There's a plaque in the doorway as you enter this hotel that says 'Best Boutique Hotels in the World' - this is way off the mark. Let's start with the negative points; this hotel is trying to be a boutique hotel, but it is trying to do this on the cheap. The thing is, people notice these things. It's not... More
