We stayed here for one night. The room was split with the bedroom upstairs and kitchenette and bathroom on the lower level. The place is comfortable for 2. There is no need for a superior room in my opinion. The bathroom is fine, but shower cubicle small....manageable with good pressure, but a tight fit. The views of the lake are... More

The place is beautiful, no doubt, but it is far away from the center so you need a cab, unless you walk 45 min. with stray dogs, not always friendly, making you company. No problem about cleaness, employees kind and helpful. Only problem: they do not take credit card. It is crazy!

I really wanted to love this hotel but there were just too many hiccups and issues. It started before I even got to the hotel - we were not informed that they accept cash only so I emailed to check after reading a review but they would take a couple of days to write a reply and they kept addressing... We stayed 2 nights in this hotel on our trip to El Calafate. We are family of 2 adults and a 3 year old. The room we got was nice. Both beds were good and the room was warm. The bathroom was also spacious. Area is very quiet so you did not really hear anything. The hotel itself is a... More

We staid there for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a private owned hotel and they try to satisfy their guests whereever they can. Our room was very nice. The space was enough, the bed was comfortable (as it is not always the case in Patagonia). We can recommend this... More

What is really incredible about this hotel is the stunning view. We also liked a lot all the common areas of the hotel, the entry hall is beautiful, offers very chilling atmosphere, plus the incredible view. It was also very nice decorated for Christmas. What we didn´t like so much was the look of the room though. It´s not the... More

Great hotel room with amazing lake view! Decor and facilities were nice and well maintained. Power was disrupted for about 2 hours during our stay;which caused a little inconvenience but it was fixed promptly. The need to pay in cash only was, however, the greatest hassle as we need to travel to town( it was not exactly near to town)... More

We fully enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!! Staff was very helpful and our room was perfect. The view from the hotel overlooking Lago Argentino while enjoying your breakfast is fantastic. Or just sitting in the couch or lying on the futon in the main room enjoying the view through the panorama window. There's also a fitness... More

The hotel is beautiful and provide small, fully equipped cottages with beautiful views from the city. You must try the jacuzzi at night: just stay there in the hot water admiring the stars, the moon and the night view of the city. The restaurant is not good at all, although with a very romantic ambiance. The food, especially the meat,... More

Great location and the building is impressive with high ceilings and beautiful woodwork. Rooms are comfortable. The only thing that really let the place down is the food which is terrible. A breakfast that 1970's British Rail would have been proud of and a dinner that wpd have been inedible except that we were so hungry.
