We stayed at Patagonia Rebelde for 2 nights while in El Calafate and we were very impressed. Our tour to El Calafate was organised by Vera at Say Hueque (also highly recommended)! The hotel was warm and inviting and the staff incredibly helpful. Mara was very welcoming, courteous and helpful during our stay there. The rooms are small but comfortable... More

My list of complaints begins with the glass of sweet wine offered at mid day - undrinkable at any hour. rooms are tiny. every step anyone takes in this hotel can be heard anywhere. the outside lights shine in the windows all night long as cars drive by on the dirt road - always there is noise. skip the breakfast.... We had this hotel reserved via booking.com and after a welcome drink ( very nice) we were brought to our rooms. Unfortunately we had to experience a room which was so small that there was no space to even open a suitcase - except the bed. Having travelled for 3 weeks with a larger suitcase and staying here for 4... More

We stayed at this Hotel recently booked for us by our travel agent.I liked the decor and really thought it a good place to stay but for the noise. The room we had 263 a double is above the kitchen and have a large cooker hood over the cooker which they use at night, which sounds like a generator ,as the... More

We loved the atmosphere of the Patagonia Rebelde - it was a welcoming place to return to after our long days out. Alberto and his staff were so welcoming, the rooms comfortable, breakfast perfectly fine. We were on the back side of the hotel, and could hear a little road noise, but overall it was perfect. We liked not being... More

From your first sight of iron cladding, you know it's going to be quaint. Very friendly staff, Alberto is a treasure, waiting with a welcoming drink. There's a good enough but not lavish breakfast to help to start the day. Creaky wooden floors all add to the charm. No TV in room! Hey, your on holiday in A great part... More

Our tour agency Say Hueque tipped of the staff that it was out honeymoon, so they were especially warm and attentive. The jewel at this property was Alberto, whose conscientious work and care made every moment delightful and every service just right. We could not have asked for more.

Hotel with lots of character - just outside of centre. Not that easy to find so make sure your directions are clear. Overall comfortable but was noisy with poor internal soundproofing. We had a room on the front which, with the window having to be open, picked up noise from the road. Can see why many like it but not... More

Our family of 4 (two rooms - one with cama matrimonial and the other with 2 twins for our teenagers) really enjoyed our recent 2 night stay in Patagonia Rebelde. We were greeted with a driver awaiting us at the airport (prearranged) and a cold drink at the hotel. Our suitcases were brought up to the 2nd floor for us... More

After being in South America for the last two months, having stayed in numerous hotels, hostels, Hosterias, etc, etc… This one is by far the most comfortable, reasonably priced, and all around best "vibe" we've gotten so far. Close to town, old world country charm about it, great breakfast spread and great coffee. Probably the best cleaning lady in South... More
