This hotel was very central in the resort town of El Calafate. The facilities are average and the rooms quite small. We enjoyed the breakfast and also ate in the restaurant on one of our two nights. On the second night we ate in the restaurant opposite which was excellent.

We stayed for two nights. The location of the hotel is 3 minute walking to the main street. Room was clean and very comfortable bed. We slept quite well. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful when we stay in. So everything were all good when we stay there.

I group of 8 of us stayed here for one night between Torres del Paine and El Chalten. The hotel is definitely not new. Rooms were clean but bathrooms are small. Any conversation in the hall can be heard in the room. Breakfast was adequate. Receptionist did not appear very happy but answered whatever you asked. English was reasonable. Short... More

The hotel is fine, no real complaints there, reasonable food for the area, fine beds, bathrooms, everything. The hotel could have gotten a 5 star review, even with the mistake they made if not for the complete disregard the staff had for their customers. Long story short, the hotel over booked, the lady that checked us in said we could... More

Good: Not expensive, 500 $ per night. Great location, about 100 meters from center. Nice big rooms. Wifi in the room. Nice traditional breakfast included. Bad: The front desk wasnt too nice. Have to enter wifi password each time when you turn on screen phone. Overall good money worth, nothing too fancy but will do.

We were only at the hotel for one night. It was just alright. The location is very handy to town and many restaurants. The bed was fine and the room was clean and it was quiet...it was all we really needed. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was the typical Argentinian continental style....not exciting but the dining room is... More

The best part of this hotel is the location as it is centrally located to most things in the town. I was here with a tour group and we only stayed one night and that was fine with me. The breakfast was the traditional Argentinian breakfast and included which was good. The wi-fi didn't quite reach our room but worked... More

We were placed here thru our travel agency and found it blah. We looked at the breakfast but chose to go elsewhere for food. The room was standard and unfortunately VERY noisy. Apparently there was a concert in the square with very loud music, it was like being on top of a bar. Add to that the fact our room... More

In our experience just a good hotel; you get a decent and clean room, good service, nice breakfast. We heared al lot of travellers who suffered from bites of bedbugs, and one person commenting also talked about bedbugs in this hotel, but we didn't have any.

Worse in averything except location - poor breakfast, worse cleaning (forgot to put new bath accessories like soap), worse pillows and matrasses... But the most awful - bedbugs in the room 212!!! Beware of this hotel!
