Despite the good room, there was nothing else that worth. Unpleasant receptionists, specially at night, and very poor break-fast! Not even close to a self-nominated 5 stars hotel. Location was not excelent, but it was not a problem. Good pool and jacuzzi!

Okay, maybe it is a little bit too tough, but the rooms are receiving any noise from the corridor. If you re in the first one close to th restaurant in the first floor you ll ask for a change. Hotel is a little bit out of the city, a little bit old fashioned ( french guy writing) but you... More

I really liked this hotel! The room was good and very cozy! There is a heated indoor pool, and this is great, especially when you came back from a iced tour. It is not so close to the downtown, it's around 7 minutes walking... the overview is fantastic! The breakfast was delicious! I loved it! And I recommend it a... More

Looks nice when you enter but there are a few problems. Safe does not work, water stain on the wall. The pool is too hot. BUT: location is great. Food was very good. I had the best steak in the restaurant. The rooms are with 2 queen beds, I stayed down the hallway, it was very quiet. Bed was very... More

The room is amazing, very great. Shower is warm and confortable. The breakfast is delicious and has a great variarity. The pool is covered and warm. It´s no in the middle of the center but you can walk 5 blocks and you´re there, very close. There were some noise problems and the carpet didn´t smell good for one day, but... More

This hotel is a good example of what argentinian tourism generally has to offer: average quality for high prices (mainly due to an unfair official cambio). The hotel is noisy, the decoration is distasteful and the food in the restaurante is poor, mainly breakfast. A good final word: people are nice!

Very noisy hotel! At 11:30pm too much noise. Room too close to the restaurant. We detect it just upon arrival but they denied changing it for same day.Impossible to sleep. I really advice to get a room far away from entrance and restaurants, The view is very nice, service in the restaurant is nice but slow.

The hotel is atop a hillock in this most sparsely populated town. Perhaps one of the largest , by local standards it is opulent. But there is a warmth lacking in the service, the staff is efficient but do not go out of their way to help. Very little English is spoken by all except the front office, this may... More

We stayed here 4 nights and it was a decent experience but not great. On the positive side the hotel has an open, bright and inviting lobby/bar area. Our room on the top floor was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The pool was good. We found the hotel staff very helpful, especially Lorena who booked our tours for us and our... More

I stayed with my mom Dec 16-20, 2014. Room was average and not a 4 star. I will attach pictures. Room service was done on Dec 17 and after that never! We would come back of excursions at 3-5 pm and room was not done. Friday 19 my mom stayed as I did the ice mini trekking and when I... More
