We stayed here 4 nights and it was a decent experience but not great. On the positive side the hotel has an open, bright and inviting lobby/bar area. Our room on the top floor was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The pool was good. We found the hotel staff very helpful, especially Lorena who booked our tours for us and our... More

I stayed with my mom Dec 16-20, 2014. Room was average and not a 4 star. I will attach pictures. Room service was done on Dec 17 and after that never! We would come back of excursions at 3-5 pm and room was not done. Friday 19 my mom stayed as I did the ice mini trekking and when I... More

Hotel was fully booked and staff were clearly overwhelmed. Building and rooms were ok but breakfast was poor for a 4-star hotel. Service was very bad: could not assist with a room change, got completely confused with our reservation and had it booked for a different day! Thankfully this was sorted out but it required a day of calls with... More

The hotel is elegant with good meals and the location not bad but not by the lake. The problem is that there is no air condition so you need to open windows to breathe in the summer. I got a room in the entrance floor. I opened the window and people staying in the parking place were standing just in... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on an Argentinian trip with friends The lobby is nice, spacious and quite tastefully furnished. The rooms are small, and as we were three you couldn't swing a cat. The are quiet though, no disturbance from neighbours getting up for early excursions. Pool is warm, suitable for relaxing, less though for sport. Breakfast distinctly average... More

At our arrival we noticed the lobby was unkept and dirty. We decided then and there to request a change. After 2 hours we were able to move to a closer location . We saw people walking down the hill slip and fall as it is very steep and there was snow and ice. To far to walk when is... More

Not sure what everyone else's expectations were for this hotel, but we liked it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the shower worked great. We didn't have the breakfast which was included each day. It is a short walk down the hill to get to the main part of town, but it really... More

Kitsch decor might have been acceptable if the hotel was not so badly run, with poor service, terrible maintenance and questionable cleanliness. The hotel has a filthy overheated pool that I would not recommend using. There is very poor internet in the lobby but none in the bedrooms as promised by the web site. The location is 15 minutes outside... More
