From our arrival everything was perfect. At front Desk during check in inmedatelly I was greeted by my family name and in a few minutes I was being escorted to my room. We were booked into this hotel when my orginal choices were not available for the dates we were in El Calafate. On the positive side, the beds were the largest we found while traveling in Patagonia. The hotel is a modern and even is a chain-hotel the size makes it familiar. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The indoor swimming pool is great. The minus, would be that the hotel is not in the center of Calafate, but is not that far and cabs are quite cheap. more

This hotel is best avoided. It's simply not worth the money. On arrival your eyes are assaulted by the tackiest foyer in hotel history....that in itself is not so bad, indeed it does give you a laugh. However the hotel lets itself down badly in many respects and that's why we suggest you look elsewhere. The telvisions don't really work.... more
