i visited and stayed in a lot of hotels becaused of my work, but this one was really special... i would just say one thing.... How many times can you lay down in a bed, (beautifull bedroom, where every single piece is being picked up originally in special antiques shops and markets), and you can see and still hear the... It's by far the best location to explore Perito Moreno, BUT the front desk staff was horrible and unhelpful when we were trying to make changes to our schedule and send a package. They have an inability to think outside the box, if you'll excuse the pun. There was one waitress who was extremely nice and helpful when we accidentally... More

Los Notros is a wonderful place to stay in terms of being close to the glacier, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular. We were very disappointed not to have WiFi and the hallway/entry to the rooms was dated and stuffy. The restaurant staff was very good and the setting was lovely. Some of the front desk staff... Very nice hotel, the only flaw was the service. We loved the view, and our room was fairly nice, though a little squished with three people.

Our last night of a hiking tour in Patagonia, after trekking on the Perito Moreno glacier. The views of the glacier from every room were outstanding. The food at our farewell dinner was sublime and imaginative, from the amuse bouche to start, to the varied dessert choices. The rooms were fine if a little wearworn. Shower didn't work and although... More

It's a hike to get there, but the view is EXCELLENT. The food is good, but the view from the dining room is awe inspiring. The rooms are average, but they can be just average with the view. Go for the view.

We booked for the location and the proximity to the Perito Moreno Glacier, but would return for the imaginative and delicious cooking. Every lunch and dinner was a delight, as were the service and the assistance at the front desk with routine matters and with planning excursions. Drinks seemed a bit pricey. Congratulations to the chef.

This is a world renowned hotel, but you wouldn't know it by the service you get. The place is beautiful and the view is amazing, no one can argue with that. But my family and I had a terrible experience there when we return from our boat excursion and there's no one there to pick us up. The hotel set... More

We spent two nights and luckily changed our plans the first night to arrive before the afternoon excursion went off. Otherwise we would have only had one day of activities in the two nights. We were in room 12, upstairs in a two story building. When we first arrived, we were pretty surprised at the distance we had to walk... More

The hotel is the only one in the park and is located just in front of the glacier, which you can admire from your room, the garden, the dining room... The rooms are located in several chalet-type units, and are quite comfortable and with a great view. The restaurant is particularly good: one would not expect such high-level cuisine in... More
