I was there with 4 other people including my 78yr old mom and 12 yr old niece during Christmas time. The rooms were wonderful and the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. We had checked out but our ride was later in the day but they let us hang out there and even gave my mom a room to... More

The hotel is clean and looks new, room is spacious. But I would still go for another one in town unless you have a car and speak Spanish! None of them could speak English, we have been travelled for 3 months in Spanish world and we are strange why hostel can have English staff but a hotel! Even the notice... More

This hotel was prebooked by our argentinian travel agent and we had a regular voucher with us but for some mistake made by one of the hotel employees they had not registered our booking. The attitude of the shift manager was completely unfriendly both before and after the travel agent called and explained them that the rooms were paid for... More

The hotel is clean but looks very differently from Internet pictures. During our 3 nights we havent had anyone at the receptionist who spoke English. By paying it turned ou that our price is some 40 pesos higher than the standard price hanging on the wall, which the receptionist could not explain (booking price was in USD, but there is... More

This is a great hotel. Very modern and comfortable. The staff was generally helpful. Many of them spoke excellent English and I was able to use my minimal Spanish to get by with everyone in the hotel. The only bad thing is that is up a hill from the center of the city (where most of the bars and restaurants... More

I was very happy with my stay at Konke. The hotel is very new, clean and nice. Hotel staff was very helpful with whatever you need. The only down side was that the hotel was a little far away from downtown. Most times I would walk it and it was about a 20 minute walk. A cab from downtown to... More

The hotel is situated at the entrance of town, about 1 down hill mile from the first restaurants. In other words you better have a rental car. The hotel does have a restaurant, "conveniently" opened for lunch from 10am to 12 pm and dinner from 4pm to7pm. In any case the restaurant only serves pastries, pizza and sandwiches, all with...
