My partner and I spent 2 nights in the Hostel del Glaciar Liberator. It must be noted there are two different hostels operated under this title - this is in reference to that in Libertador Avenue. PROS - ROOMS -Felt more like a hotel standard room with clean comfortable beds and nice hot showers. - KITCHEN FACILITIES - With multiple... More

Pros: The best part of this hostel is the staff. Very helpful with making recommendations on tours, buses and making bookings. Cons: The rooms don't really have windows that get airflow so our room smelled a bit. But the biggest con is the exchange rate they charge if paying by credit card or USD. By far he worst we saw... A mature man now, I hadn't stayed in a hostel for nearly two decades. I chose to stay in one as I was travelling alone and wanted to meet other travelers. I stayed in an individual room for fear of dorm life. The hostel was perfect, My individual room made my stay hotel quality with the vibe of a Hostel.... More

I booked the tour to Perito Moreno at 2AM the same morning. The location isn't too far from the bus terminal and is very easy to find. Clean hostel all around. Great kitchen and renting cutlary for 50 pesos isn't that bad.

Two nights was probably sufficient at this perfectly adequate hotel/hostel. Windows from the private room face in inner courtyard used by hostel guests – a little more noise and cigarette smoke than we’d prefer though nothing that kept us from sleeping through the night. Breakfast in a large common room on the second floor includes scrambled eggs, yogurt drinks, and... More

This hotel is well situated in that it is just a five to seven minute walk into town. The room was basic but adequate. Breakfast was better than normal in that they had fresh scrambled egg in the kitchen. Contrary to earlier reviews, the WIFI worked just fine, both in the room and the reception area. Hotel staff were helpful... More

We stayed here in february and were pleased with our choice. We had a private room with a good bed and everything was clean. The location is good as it is within walking distance of the centre. Breakfast was nothing special, but we experienced that everywhere in Argentina. The staff was super friendly and helpful, that was perhaps the biggest... More

This hostel was more like a hotel rather than a hostel; double room with private bathroom was comfortable and it had heated flooring which kept the room very warm. At times it was too hot to sleep though. A decent breakfast was offered which included scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, cereal, tea, coffee and yoghurt drinks. Reception staff were very friendly... Location to restaurants, banking, laundry, shopping and the like is great. We were on the bottom floor of the new wing. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very new and large. the shower, toilet, and sinks were all separate. Breakfast is served on the main floor. It is very basic although you can ask for scrambled... More

Nice clean room, small indoor common area with tv (although the majority of your time should be spent outside in this part of the world), but the staff was inconsistent. Some were very helpful, and others seemed liked they wanted to move on in life.
