Location to restaurants, banking, laundry, shopping and the like is great. We were on the bottom floor of the new wing. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very new and large. the shower, toilet, and sinks were all separate. Breakfast is served on the main floor. It is very basic although you can ask for scrambled... More

Nice clean room, small indoor common area with tv (although the majority of your time should be spent outside in this part of the world), but the staff was inconsistent. Some were very helpful, and others seemed liked they wanted to move on in life.

i stayed in the dorm rooms which were very nice and clean. With four beds and its own clean and new bathroom. The whole hostel is very beautiful, especially the breakfast area, and it's very clean with nice and helpful staff. Cons: breakfast is an extra 65 pesos if you're in a dorm room The kitchen isn't very well equipped... More

Nice place. Almost feels like a hotel, but without hotel prices. We had a double so I cannot speak for the dorm rooms. However, everything was clean and the service was very good. Towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Heated floors in the room. Even a bidet. In one direction there is a small tienda nearby for groceries and sandwiches... More

We stayed in a double room (800 peso/night) for 2 nights. The building was really cute and the rooms even better. Not sure if it's just been refurbished but the private bathroom and shower seemed brand new. The communal kitchen was also sufficient even though there was a lot of people using it. Would stay again.

The hostel is very well located. The rooms are clean and neat and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a small but cozy kitchen for the guests, Tv room and free WiFi. If you are solo traveler may be you will find difficult to get to meet other travelers, but this have to do more with the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as a part of our honeymoon. Room is OK and quite clean, staff is friendly and breakfast has variety (though not everything is super fresh). Location is 5 minutes walk from the main street. Bottom line - a fair stay

The rooms were OK with comfortable mattresses if a little dark. The kitchen is very poor, very small and badly equipped. Breakfast is extra and not cheap. You have to pay 50 pesos deposit to rent cutlery. Common area is OK but small. Staff were pretty helpful really.

We stayed here while on a tour of the parks. Our first stay was two nights. Our room was in need of fresh paint. There was a huge clump of hair on the shower wall and while staff was advised we had to clean it ourselves. When our group returned for an additional night we were assigned the same room... More

It's not close from the bus terminal, they constantly overbooked the place and had customers go to another location that's much farther from the central part of town, the staff weren't very helpful, and the place felt over-crowded. Wifi was very slow. Overall, I think this place is overrated.
