Rustic does not describe it properly. New decorations and curtains would do a lot, but would still not make the room worth the price they charge. The room we stayed in was very tiny, outdated with broken furniture and non-working appliances. The bathroom was quite large and clean. I love this place. My cabin was very clean and the people were great. I plan on going again this year. The view is great and there is things to do or you can just relax. more

Carpet was stained, furniture worn and tattered, bed worn but linens/bathroom were clean. No thermastat, old electric wall heater. Our cabin didn't come with a fireplace. Cabin was in the middle of others so don't expect seculsion. Restaurant was nice and rustic but wife's food was almost inedible from dryness. more

I have gone here for the past five years with my girlfriends in January and several times as a kid and theres not a bad thing that I could mention. Very disappointed in the accomodations / condition of the cabin we rented. It was absolutely filthy. Dirty, dusty furniture, bedding, restroom facilities. We paid for 3 days but left PRIOR to spending even one night as we couldn't stand it. Also very disappointed in the lodge facilities, service, and food.
