I forgot to review this hotel. We were there early December and decided it was one of our favourite hotels during our 2 months in South America. Set just off the Main Street and Town Square it overlooks the lake. Just a stroll to restaurants overlooking the lake and those right in the town centre a mere 5 minute walk... More

The hotel has a really good location, just a couple of blocks away from the Main Plaza, or Civic Center, and Mitre Street. The building looks like a new built, so it doesn't have the lovely European flair other buildings do. The hotel has a lovely view of the Nahuel Huapi Lake, however my room was on the third floor,... We only stayed one night, wish we had stayed atleast 3 days to explore more. Family owned hotel with lots of friendly atmosphere. Owners helped us out of a tight situation regarding bus transfers and went out of their way to assist. Even provided us with an early morning breakfast and negotiated the taxi for us. Homely touches made such... More

The Tirol is well located for the main square. It is extremely good value and I would recommend a room on a higher floor with a lakeside view. We stayed for 2 nights before going to San Martin then returned for a further two nights. The breakfast was adequate. We were allowed to leave some luggage which was helpful. The... More

We spent one night at the hotel Tirol, on our way from Puerto Varas (Chile) to El Calafate (Argentina). It is well located, close to the city center, you can reach by foot in a few minutes the Mitre street, shops, restaurants, the Museo patagonico (worth to visit!). The personal of the hotel is welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable... More

The Hotel Tirol Bariloche welcomes your comments on your stay at our facilities. On one hand, we are glad that you enjoyed all the main features of the hotel as breakfast, staff, rooms and services. However, on the other hand, we are sorry that due to external causes, their stay was not perfect. The hotel has soundproofed windows that minimize... More

PRO: Family owned hotel. Best breakfast we had in Argentina hotels. Totally worth it to splurge for the lake view (otherwise the city view is very very ugly and loud). If you can, get a room that is higher up. Spacious rooms. Loved the location - very very central, a one minute walk from the main plaza and main strips... More

The Hotel Tirol in Bariloche appreciates your review. We are really glad that, in your opinion, our breakfast was the best one of all the hotels where you have stayed in Argentina. Of course you are right and the night porter should have given you the towels you requested. This is a point at which we will work to get better... More

Well located near main square and short walk to good restaurants. Close to bus stop which goes 25km out to Llao Llao along the lake. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Lake-facing rooms offer spectacular views. Good soundproofing on windows (which an absolute must as the lakeside area nearby is a hangout on weekends for teen club-goers and revving cars pumping music... More

We had room at the back on the 5th floor with magnificent view on the lake and mountains. You can open the windows and feel the scent of the fresh air and blowing wind. Beds were not only comfortable but also covered with pristine great quality white sheets that were changed daily. The hotel is located in the center of... More

Our room was on the top floor with view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The room was well updated and very clean with and impeccable bathroom and a priceless view of the lake. The breakfast room is on the back of the hotel and facing the lake. Breakfast was delicious. The staff very amicable. The location perfect for walking around downtown.

We had a great stay at hotel tirol, the rooms were large, comfortable, very clean and had amazing views over the lake! The staff were also very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to stay additional nights and park the car. Breakfast was good and the location was excellent. Would really recommend this as a place to stay in Bariloche.
