We stayed at Las Marianas for five nights recently. The staff was generally very helpful and kind, and breakfast was excellent. The location is a short walk from the center of Bariloche - removed enough to be quiet but no hassle to get back and forth. The layout of our room was slightly awkward - there is a bit of... More

We've just returned from Patagonia and a three-night stay at Hosteria Las Marianas. What a find! Your hosts, Mariana and Carlos, are welcoming and friendly -- very attentive to your needs. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. It's a short walk to the center of town, but much quieter than the centro area of Bariloche. Prices are reasonable. We highly recommend.

This lovely family run hotel is a gem -- a great place to stay in Bariloche. The staff is outstanding, the rooms lovely, the breakfast not only ample but has homemade bread and pastries, and the location terrific for seeing the town but being out of the noise.

The hotel is in the style of a chalet which is sweet and the staff are nice and friendly. Our room was small and the bathroom even smaller. Seriously I have no idea how they managed to fit a shower, stone basin, toilet and bidet into such a small space. The rooms could do with a safe as an improvement.... More

All the staff were very helpful during my stay. The place was very nice and there was a great pizza restaurant down the block. However, I did not like booking.com reservation system. I had to cancel a day, but was not able to receive any money back. I still had to pay for the entire length of stay. I tried... More

We rent a family house for 4 nights. Very-friendly and helpful Staff helped us organize tours and gave us advice. The house was excellent. There were 3 beds and a big couch which were absolutely suitable for a group of friends or a family. The kitchen was really comprehensive that I cooked for a few dinner. The breakfast was good,... Impeccably clean and well decorated rooms, bathrooms and common areas. The service is lovely - helpful, kind and generous with their time and information but not overbearing or intrusive. They helped my father and I find alternative plans when we found out the ski lifts were closed due to the time of year and also recommended some great restaurants. Also,... More

Mariana is a great person who recommended us excellent activities and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but enough for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good and served by the owner herself, what makes the experience better. We do recommend the hosteria!

Very friendly English-speaking staff, who were very helpful in giving us directions and recommendations for bike rentals. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller, cozier side. Breakfast was very good, but there's not a lot of sound-proofing between walls so it can be a little noisy. The hill-top location provided great views of sunrises over the lake, and had... More

Our three night stay at Las Marianas was outstanding. The hotel is run by a charming, friendly and knowledgeable couple. It's very quaint and comfortable, within walking distance of downtown. The owners were extremely helpful in advising us on our activities, where to eat, find an ATM, etc. The hotel also offers to do laundry at a very reasonable rate.... More
