As nice as the view from our room was, the staff were even better. Talk about amazing service and friendly faces. Tamara and Diego at the front desk are such amazing ambassadors of Arelauquen Lodge, they really know how to provide first class hospitality and make the guest feel special. The housekeeping staff were smiling every day and always did... More

If you're looking for a pristine retreat with spectacular views, easy access to hiking, scenic drives, a wonderful restaurant, and exemplary service, this is the place! The town of Bariloche itself is one big tourist trap with souvenir shops and overpriced, crowded restaurants- but Arelauquen Lodge is the antidote! It feels like a fishing lodge from another era, but with... More

We just spent 5 days in San Carlos de Bariloche at this hotel. The hotel is located on a golf course in a country. From check in to check out we had a very special time. The people were very nice, service friendly and always helped us when we asked. The rooms are very nice, luxury and clean. Beautiful views... More

Just back from a week in Bariloche, and would highly recommend the Arelauquen. Yes, it is not in the middle of town or as close to the lake as other hotels, but that was fine with us. We very much enjoyed the quiet mornings for breakfast and evenings when returning from dinner. The staff was very helpful, informative, and and... More

I just left Arelauquen Lodge after 4 nights there. The hotel has some good a bad points. On the good side - our room was comfortable and had a beautiful mountain view (only slightly marred by golfers practising their swings on the driving range below), loved the pool and jacuzzi and also greatly appreciated being able to wash our clothes... PROS: American style boutique hotel. Comfortable, clean, beautiful views from the Lake Gutierrez side. If you book the Mountain view rooms, you will get a view of mountains and a parking lot. Good breakfast. CONS: The hotel is set inside a gated community with military style entry points (cars are detained every time you go in and out, trunks are... More

This little hotel has wonderful rooms, charming staff, great surrounding and pretty good food. Tamara and Maria were so nice to us and made our stay even better. Rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is great for summer! The breakfast is served in a really fancy way.

Sometimes you get a bit scared when you go to a boutique hotel you have never heard of but this one exceeded my expectations. The lodge is obviously catering to golfers (and I am not one) and it is surrounded by a golf course, forests, beautiful homes, a lake and mountains. The serenity surrounding it, the views, the cleanliness, the... More

This is by far the best hotel in Bariloche!!! After a horrible experience in other hotel in the city, we decided to try the Arelauquen lodge. This was one of the best decisions we took during our trip. This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel. The facilities are great, the pool and the jacuzzi are spotless and the staff... More

The hotel is top-notch, the scenery and surroundings are amazing and the service is excellent. The private neighborhood it is situation in has everything you need. You can just relax at the hotel and take in the great views, play tennis or golf, or walk down to the lake. Very close to the ski mountain and close to all the... More
