Imagine waking up shortly after 8 a.m. with the noise of a pneumatic drill just below your room. The drill is removing the concrete floor of the hotel lobby. Imagine going down in that noise, to find that the breakfast room on the first floor is filled with concrete dust, which a cleaning lady with a mop is uselessly trying... More

Big rooms and nice view from the 5th floor up. The decoration is from 70ies so a little bit ugly but it's comfortable. It could be at least repainted. The breakfast offers a rich buffet. The lobby dark and gloomy. Little bit overpriced. Few people from the desk speak English , especially the night shift

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was a bad experience. The wifi does not work at all, old and rusty decorations, really bad bed and pillows (the queen size bed were in fact two beds together), unhelpful staff, poo breakfast and high prices. Please don't go to this hotel and look elsewhere, Aspen Ski Hotel is... More

Making things short, I didn't stay as planned because somebody "forgot" to tell me in advance that the hotel was closed due to repairs. Just the two weeks I OWN there. I dropped off the cab to a closed door with a sign that says the hotel was closed. 4 days before Christmas! There was not a telephone number nor... More

This is a great location, right in the heart of Bariloche. Easy access to shops and restaurants. We had a clean, spacious room with a fabulous view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a really good variety of tasty pastries, fruit, meat and cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there... More

We spent eight very happy nights here. Very solid family hotel. Excellent location in heart of Bariloche town. Large rooms. Good heating. Breakfast unexpectedly included. Got good deal at $100 pm for 3 people. Very friendly helpful staff. Bariloche is fabulous with skiing on Cero cathedral, boat trips on lago wonderful national park forest and mountain lake views. We got a room at the rear which was a reasonable size with a just about adequate bathroom. Beds were narrow singles and rock hard but the real problem was the amount of noise from parties of youths going out clubbing. Central location, has parking but it was full when we arrived.

Good hotel some rooms specially standard rooms need an upgrade but the more expensive rooms are fine. Service is good however after usual hours the reception did not speak English Good value for price

I was rather underwhelmed with this hotel. I stayed two nights with some friends. The rooms are outdated and in need of a freshening up. We got some jip at check-in saying we needed to print out the voucher (from booking.com) before they could check us in. There was no printer on the premises (did I mention it's an old... More

Quite a big hotel. Cleanliness was average. Room was big and although contained 4 beds, we were charged only for 2 (since we were 2 persons). We had a technical issue with the toilets, was fixed half an hour after we complained at the reception. Great location - in the middle of the main street.
