Hotel location is great being in the centre of the town and overlooks the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safety deposit box is available in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay not too great.

I stayed here for one night. Hotel location is good being in the centre of town. Staff spoke English and I was grateful for an early check in. The hotel feels newly refurbished although the single lift is of the old fashioned type. The room is light, airy, clean and modern but the single chair could be more comfortable. Free... More

On the banks of Lake Huapi, around 600 meters from the center of the city, is a spectacular complex. He was February, weekend and everything was full. The price was expensive for the services offered. A few parking positions, without wifi when removed from the reception. The breakfast room was far away from our room and so we left without... More

This hotel would be fine except in summer. There is no air conditioning and with the windows open it is very noisy-- busses and bar-hoppers. The noise continues into the late night (actually early morning). The front desk tries to accommodate complaints. I was moved to a quieter room in back, though it was far from being really quiet. The... More

This hotel was a disappointment. Rooms were odd shaped, with higher inaccessible platforms, and food was only so-so. The best thing about it was that the location was good. The Wifi didn't work in our room, and our friends had no AC.

The hotel is locaties near the Center of Bariloche. Ten minutes walk to the mainstreet of Bariloche. The rooms are business like and offer the basic functionality. Not everyone Speaks English, so if you do not master the spanish language, this can case some difficulties. The staff is very helpful though.

I spent two nights here while touring Argentina and Chile. It was nice enough if you had a functional room. My first room had no hot water and some guy telling me it would warm up after I ran it for 10 minutes wasn't helpful. So I took a lukewarm shower and went down to the front desk to find... More

My husband and I are traveling through South America with friends. This is a group of sixteen persons. We have just completed the visit to Bariloche where we stayed for two nights and two days. Hotel Nahuel Huapi is a very nice boutique hotel situated in the heart of the town. It fits in perfectly with the ambience of this... More

Yes, the location is great... but there are lots of other hotels in the area to consider. The staff was friendly, and accomodated my limited spanish which was also a relief. Our first room was at the front of the hotel and traffic noise all night long made sleep impossible (and the window had to be kept open because there... More

The best part of this hotel was the location. Right downtown and walking distance to many restaurants & shops. It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, but the service was good and very accommodating. The front desk offered to hold on to our luggage while we took an overnight camping trip. The breakfast provided was good and opened... More
