The view from the rooms is nice, seeing the lake and surrounding mountains - but the view isn't very open (trees block it). The income in the hotel is nice and the service at the reception too. The rooms are big. Not very well organised (2 pers room but only 1 chair, only 1 glas in the bathroom, ...). But... More

We had chosen this place because it was outside of the city core. Wonderful spacious suite overlooking the water and the pool. Breakfast was very adequate, and we also had 1 dinner - which was fine. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Much closer to the circuit which we had done in our rental car. Yes, you do need... More

I was looking forward to spending some days in this hotel but it was disappointing. We were in Argentina for 3 weeks and spend about two of them in different hotels. This was the hotel that I paid the most and liked the least. The rooms were ok. Yes, they were spacious but not practical. Not that many places to... More

How anyone can say anything bad about this hotel is beyond me! We have been travelling in Argentina for over a month now and this is one of the best places we've stayed. Value for money is excellent. The rooms are well set out and very comfortable, the food is incredible and is priced at a fraction of the cost... More

The room was perfect and the staff very helpfull. It has a complete gym and a medium size pool (covered but external to the building). The bad point is that the hotel is quite far from the town and the public transports are not reliable, so a car is mandatory.

Lovely large rooms with quality fittings. The swimming pool was an unexpected bonus. Unfortunately it was too far to walk into Bariloche but the helpful reception staff booked our taxis into the town. Breakfast was continental style but very adequate.

We stayed here in January and thought it was a fantastic hotel. Rooms are amazing and the facilities are great. The swimming pool is a real draw. We ate here every night and the food was very good. The staff were all very helpful. We just wished we could have stayed longer/

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were very impressed. The hotel is located a short bus or cab ride away from the centre of town which really isn't a problem. Most of the hotels on the lake suffer from terrible traffic noise. We enjoyed three peaceful nights of sleep here. Thomas on reception was particularly helpful explaining... More

Hotel with big and new rooms, with warm swimming pool for relaxing moments and a beautiful lake's view. The staff has been so kind with us...excellent! it's 10 minuts far from the center, but reception provides you a remis without problems and it's really close to Cierro Otto teleferica. Gimnasio and spa were not available, beceuse they are underconstruction! Good... More
