I really dont have anything bad to say. We had room with garden view so it was very quite. Room is big and clean, good shower, good bed, regular breakfest, great location. For 76 dollars including tax i can easily recommend this one for you.

I liked this hotel even though the Lake-view room I had for a couple of nights did not actually have a lake view, there were actually two big trees in the way. The staff was great and very helpful, particularly one young man on the afternoon and early evening shift. He helped me understand the computer keyboard @ is a... More

Lufthansa airlines lost our suitcase. the hotel helped us even before we arrived... they had called the airline and us and helped us to get our suitcase back. A special thank's deserve Mrs. Ana from the reception. The hotel is well located, clean and has nice breakfast They gave us a voucher (wich we didn't use) to a drink at... More

Grand hotel on the lakeshore a short walk away from the downtown core. Lovely views from rooms, from the dining room, and a large vestibule with big comfy chairs to look out over the lakes and mountains. An older hotel that has been refurbished. Helpful staff, free welcome cocktails, but creaky floors and no plugs in the bathroom sink! Great... More

It's very well located, in front of Nahuel Huapi Lake and near restaurants. We got a garden facing room where the silence was complete. The only negative point is that the carpet of the room and of the dining room looked dirty because of the stains on it. If the room had a wood carpet it would be perfect. Breakfast... More

This will echo the highlights of many of the other reviews. Tres Reyes is a nicely located hotel in the center of town with a staff that will bend over backward to help you with anything they can. However, the physical condition of the building has seen better days. With a renovation, this could be one of the best finds... More

Ok, so this isn't really a 5/5 hotel (the rooms are a little dated, breakfast a little basic) but I've rarely had such fantastic customer service as I received from Ana, who was working on reception when we stayed there. She pretty much single-handily helped us plan our time in Bariloche, including excellent Mexican and steak restaurant recommendations, and a... More

this hotel is terrible, we stay one night, we have a book for one week, we prefer lost the week but it´s imposible stay in this room, you can´t sleep in the night, all night you have a noice for the street. if you want sleep, don´t take a room in this hotel.

We stayed at the Tres Reyes for over a week and found it a delightful experience. The free breakfast each day was plentiful and varied. our room was comfortable and the staff extremely obliging. It is nicely positioned to allow you to walk to all of the attractions in the township.

This hotel has a certain charm and is a little older but the rooms are not quiet at all and we had to buy earplugs. Worst of all, they room had such a strong stench from Scotchgaurd or some kind of deodorizer that we had to leave the window open for the entire day and it still hurt to breathe... More
