Great warm hotel on the Lake ! After spending 4 days in ice cold wind, snow and rain, this hotel ended our stay in Bariloche in style. Beautiful rooms, fantastic view of the lake and snow capped mountains, and a great little cocktail bar.

Excellent location on the west end of the city, but within 5 to10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Our lakeside room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We loved listening to the waves at night. I'm not sure if I would like the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel that face the road as... More

It's well worth to pay the few extra bucks and have a room with view on the majestic Nahuel Huapi! The rooms were very comfortable, although we had the two corner rooms where wi-fi wasn't working. The breakfast was really good, and the pool was a great place to relax. Prices are decent for this standard, definitely recommend.

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew this was going to be a great hotel. It has plenty of off street and underground parking. We even got a free lake view suite upgrade :) I think because we were out of season and there were empty rooms. The hotel has two restaurants -one is more like a... More

We spent one week for NY and we recommend it not only for the excellent service but also for the facilities. The pool and the views of the lake are beautiful. We awoke every morning with lake views! Paradise! The breakfast is abundant and not only serves argentinian food but also cooked bkfast with fresh fruits and home made delicacies. Alex... More

God did the magic here, not the man's hand. Towels, mattrasses, pillows of good quality can be found in cheaper hotels. Hot and abundant water for showers is common in Argentina. This hotel suffers from lack of quality service, not even 4 stars level. Bad english level at front desk and managerial positions. Poor breakfast, poor night room service, no added... More

This is a great place to stay in Bariloche. Just a few hundred meters from the downtown area. Rooms are spacious and very modern. We visited in early fall so the weather was starting to cool. The rooms don't have AC so keeping your window open. Lakeview rooms have an amazing view. Near the pool the halls have a bit... More
