We've got a room located (literaly) on the street. This is the main street of Bariloche so the traffic never stops and the windows dont block the noise at all!! I just felt like sleeping on the pavement. Also, pool was so dirty, it seems like they never clean it. Walls in the room had some stains on it and... More

Pleasant staff and basic but comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views. It is a good location not too far from the main shopping street and also on the main bus route from the bus station. I booked this place because it had a pool, but the pool is more like a large spa bath than a pool. You’d probably only... More

Thumbs up: the hotel is cute, modern, and tidy. It is situated in the middle of town. Breakfast is excellent. Thumbs down: the rooms are too small, even for a couple. The swimming pool is about the size of two bathtubs ;) you can't swim in it! The gym consists of one machine, one runner and 10 weights! There is... More

We were very pleased with the rooms and facilities at the hotel, and in particular with the service of the staff. The hotel has modern decor and features a small pool on the basement level. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on San Martin, right in the center of town. The front desk staff was extremely... More

The rooms are clean, the breakfast however the breakfast should be included with the hotel stay. I believe I may have been there during an especially busy week, as there were bus loads of high school graduates celebrating in town- needless to say most of them were drunk, rowdy and loud thorough out the whole night .

The hotel seems to be very lovely from outside and the first impression is lovely too with all the stone walls. Check-in was fast but when we wanted to go to our room the keycard was not working. The lady had to check by herself it is really true and send some guy who had a general keycard to open... More

The Quillen is in the principal street in downtown Bariloche. It has been renewed and the rooms are very nice with confortable bed and good linens. The bathroom is new but small, with soft towels and good soaps and creams. The breakfast is very good with first quality coffee, cold cuts, cereals and fruit. Our room was facing the lake... More

The Quillen was within easy walking distance to everything in town. Staff absolutely helpful in every way. The lake view room certainly was. I could lay on our bed and watch the rippling water. Price was more than fair, breakfast good. Didn't use the spa or pool, but they looked fine. Thoroughly recommend it.
