This is a no frills hotel: don't expect a flat screen TV or a mini fridge. But it is a lovely place. Very clean, and quite modern in decor. Beautiful lake view. The couple that runs it and seems to be here 24/7 is super nice. They make you feel really at home. The only weird thing is having to... More

We stayed here for four nights during our visit to Bariloche. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is very well decorated z and the amazing scenery of Bariloche makes it feel so charming! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, especially Carlos who spent so much of his time showing us places and actually updating us on the weather every... More

Very nice place to stay; good location; very clean and comfortable. Oliver was very helpful. He arranged for us to have a small "happy hour" for the six of us; we furnished the wine and cheese. In your room, you will need to provide your own kleenex and drinking glasses. There are lots of shelves to place your items; the... More

Confortable, clean and spacious en suite rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, including Oliver, who is English and can provide useful advice on local area. Good location for centre of Bariloche but not noisy area, although some hotel noise if room booked is near stairs.

Pro's: - Very clean and comfortable room and lobby - beautiful view of the lake Cons: - Situated on the hill (thus the nice view) which can be a steep climb (San Francisco style) to those who plan to walk from the city center (10 minute walk) - no elevator in the hotel - Minimal breakfast (and we stayed at... This is a standard, clean hotel. The rooms are adequate, bathrooms too, the views are fantastic, the breakfast good. It's in a good location, as long as you don't mind an uphill walk from town, but if you know Bariloche you wouldn't want to be IN town. When I asked for some help, I got it, but I have to... More

I'm bemused by the people in these reviews who have referred to this as 'basic'- obviously they have not visited the places in Pategonia that we have. We have stayed in similarly priced hotels that have been `fleapits` or a long way from the town centre. It is true there is a steep street from the town but even I... More

My wife and I stayed three nights in January. This hotel was booked by a travel company us, so I can't speak to the value, but I imagine that's why this hotel is so highly reviewed. The rooms are basic. No elevator. No room safe. We had to ask for glasses. There is a nice view from the lake. There... More

So much better than other Bariloche hotels in the same price range. Breakfast was excellent, large and varied. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones as we went hiking in between) were all modern, clean and had great views of the lake. The wifi was good and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Would love to have stayed even... More

As the name implies, the rooms have spendid views of Lago Nahuel Huapi by virtue of its elevated position 3 blocks away from the front. While it is a fairly steep climb from the front, the views and the lack of noise makes it worthwhile. The hotel is contemporary in design and the mood music often playing in the Lobby/dining... More
