We visited this hotel in mid November and were very impressed by the standard of food, cleanliness of room and quality of the home made pizzas. The views over the lake were stunning. We were made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend this Hosteria which was excellent value for money in this otherwise expensive area.

Very clean, wonderful host (who speaks fluent English) and breathtaking view. Great value for money! Buena Onda! The location is 2KM outside of town but it's all worth it for the view which is why the B&B is there in the first place. We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay there. Definitely a highlight in Patagonia. Go on... More

Stayed at Hosteria Belvedere for six nights and had a wonderful time. Exequiel and Isabel go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have the most memorable view. Breakfast will be lovely for those with a sweet tooth (cake and toast with jam). There's a bike path which leads... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Our room (#6) was spacious with a comfortable queen sized bed and bath with all the amenities. The young couple who own the hotel are very warm and friendly and go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. There is a comfortable living... More

The fantastic view of lakes and vulcanos from the rooms windows is due to the location and mother Nature. The rest is an evidence for the good taste and love invested by Isabel and Exequiel the young couple who own this place. We were sad to leave it. Wanted it to become our home!

I totally disagree with "GerardtheHague". Belvedere is a great place to stay, but what really makes it amazing, is their managers. Isabel and Exequiel are great people, really kind and always worried about their guests. In addition, they are wonderful chefs (I don't know how I could live 2 years without having an Albert sandwich) and you can always rely... More

I had a very nice stay at Hosteria Belvedere. Had a wonderful sleep, in the very comfy bed, and an amazing view of the lake. I wish I had more time, I could have stay a week there, the owners were very kind, and the place was so clean and cozy. I would have like to built a fire and... More

Dangerous entrance to the hotel driveway. Located far from town. The manager/owner is too lazy to look up from his PC, not interested in the quests, every request is an interruption of looking at his PC. Look for somewhere else to stay. The hotel is sprayed with airwick and smells like a sprayed bathroom.

Dear Sir: I´m really sorry you felt this way. On the other hand I don´t agree with the way you express your discontent. There´s no need for ironic harmful comments. As you can read in all the other critics, it´s the first time one of our guest feels that we did not satisfy his needs. I apologize if I spent... More

[Note – Hosteria Belvedere recently changed its name from Hosteria Caza Mayor, which was the name when we stayed in early December, 2010. As far was we know the owners are the same.] My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our Seven Lakes drive, and we enjoyed it very much. The area around Villa... More

We stayed at Casa Mayor on our way to the famous Ruta de los siete lagos, the town Villa la angostura is at the starting point of this. The hotel has a great location and all the rooms have a great view of the lake. The rooms have all the things you need, good beds, nice hot shower but nothing... More
