We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package tour, so we didn't know what to expect. The hotel from the outside is banal, unlike all of the charming wooden architecture in this elegant little town. The lobby inside is huge, but somewhat tired. The desk staff were extremely helpful. They were friendly and gave us options of places to dine. Hotel breakfast fine. Wait staff were attentive and service good. I would return, the rooms aren't large, yet fine for two of us.
