This hotel enjoys a tremendous location in the main street of the lovely town of San Martin. very close to the restaurants and also nearby the lake. The free parking is a good bonus and the staff is very helpful. I didn't like the dated furniture and sme areas of cleaning inside the bedroom. The breakfast is so so. Check-out... More

I stayed (with 2 friends) for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were a bit warm but we opened the windows and did not find it to be too noisy. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great (better than average).

I was at this hotel in the winter, so didn't need to worry about fans or opening windows. I was instead impressed with beautiful design, central location, helpful friends staff. Great breakfast buffet. My visit was to officiate a ski race and I was so surprised to find elegance and comfort. The town reminded me of Aspen in the 1960's,... More

Patagonia plaza is a 4 star hotel but it was most probably not audited for a very long time because it it is far from that! The hotel is located in the center of the town. The room is extremenly hot and there was no fan available. If we opened the window if was noisy. The roon has a "hanging... More

Perfect place to kick your feet back and relax in this nice hotel. Lukas at the front desk is great and can help you with anything you need. The location is right off the downtown and a few blocks from the lake. They have a nice buffet breakfast included. This quaint little town is a must see and the hotel... More

The hotel in situated in the main street and we had a room with a balcony sitting room on the side street. Unfortunately this has been the second hotel on our trip to Chile and Argentina that has had no air conditioning (which may be the norm) but to open the window on a warm early autumn night lets in... This hotel is big, ugly, no air-conditioned and noisy, with shabby rooms, and really depressing. We saw the so-called "superior" room, and we checked out 10-minutes after entering the hotel. It turned out that the hotel management charged us 668 USD - which is the rate for the 3 nights we were supposed to spend there. No one even bothered... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package tour, so we didn't know what to expect. The hotel from the outside is banal, unlike all of the charming wooden architecture in this elegant little town. The lobby inside is huge, but somewhat tired. Nevertheless, we loved out large room with a sitting area and the nice bathroom.... More

The desk staff were extremely helpful. They were friendly and gave us options of places to dine. Hotel breakfast fine. Wait staff were attentive and service good. I would return, the rooms aren't large, yet fine for two of us.

The hotel is in the center of the town, everything is in walking distance. From outside it is a big and ugly building from the 70's, inside it looks nicer. The rooms are very small and we could not control the heating, so it was much too warm. We had to leave the window open at night and there was... More
