We stayed two nights. It is a modern hotel in a very good location. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. We had a room with sea view and it is noisy. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good. We recommend the hotel.

Hotel on the seaside, rooms need a refurbishment..they look old even if they prob are not so old. Lobby looks modern, service is ok and there is quite a good choice for breakfast (hot dishes are missed...)

I'm giving this hotel 4 stars mainly because the personnel goes after their way to help you and because of the hotel's excellent location. However, - the elevator was one of the slowest in the world; - the internet more often than not did not work and when it did it was actually slower than the elevator (towards the end... More

Puerto Madryn's tourism is based on the guided tours to Peninsula Valdez and Punto Tombo, to see all the marine and terrestrial wildlife--whates, penguins, seals, guanacos, hawks, and the ostrich-like choiques. Also the broad, sandy beach, open to the public for miles. The Piren, like most of the hotels in town, sits across the avenue from the beach; the sunrise... More

Before booking this hotel we had been vacillating between several hotels in the Puerto Madryn area. As it turns out, I wound up extremely happy with the size and condition of the room, particularly the AMAZING view overlooking the water! The general state of the room was very clean and visually appealing (ie. soothing). The bathroom was spacious and had... More

Extremely pleasant, helpful staff in this centrally located hotel. Tips: plug in soap basket; wide choice for buffet breakfast - 18 types of cake alone. But only bread/ toast, processed ham and cheese slices for those without sweet tooth; no air con before December - a little issue if you struggle in heat as I do!

The hotel is across the street from the beach and is on the main tourist drag, making it very convenient as a base. The lobby is modern and comfortable, and doubles as an art gallery. The rooms, on the other hand, are small and plain compared to the hotel's entrance. The toilets are behind a door but the showers and... More

We (4 adults) stayed for one night in the Piren. How to get there: We arrived by bus in Puerto Madryn from Cordoba. This takes 20h which are OK if you take for minimum the cama class in the bus. The bus main station is not far away from the Piren. It is only 3 blocks down to the beach... More

We had a very good stay in this hotel. The position was perfect on the sea side and close to everything. Breakfast, room and position were ok. Staff was a bit cold and not very ready to provide information.
