Brilliantly situated for all the sites, friendly staff and family oriented. Nice breakfast until 10:30am even though check out is at 10am - fabulous. Clean and spacious rooms - we had the double room downstairs for the first 3 evenings, and the matrimonial upstairs for another evening when we decided we wanted to see more of beautiful Salta. Perfect stay,... More

Very good value b&b. Just a couple of blocks back from the main plaza. Rooms fairly basic, but beds were comfortable and we were set back from the road so it was quiet. We had a private bathroom with a decent shower. On our check out day our bus wasn't until midnight, and they had no problems with us leaving... More

If you are travelling and search for a place to recover from typical hostel weaknesses - that's the place to choose. Everything is perfectely clean, it's quiet, beds are good, the room has got heating, you can wash and dry your clothes in the yard, the breakfast is good and diverse, wifi works really well, the kitchen is perfectely equiped... I really liked the 4-bed dorm in Las Rejas. There was only one bunk bed and 2 single beds which were separated by half a wall, which made it feel much more private and cozy. The beds felt very solid and the rooms and common spaces were all cleaned daily, you get a new towel and soap daily, and the... More

We stayed on the hostel side and had a decent stay. We particularly liked the fact that the hostel has a very quiet atmosphere - you won't find music blaring here or gangs of people sitting up late making noise. In short; - great antidote to the many 'party hostels' in Argentina - excellent location in the heart of the... More

I stayed 2 nights at Las Rejas (one night in the private single room and one night in the 6 bed dorm). Both rooms were clean and offered great value for money. The breakfast was ok. The location is perfect both to go to the centre of town as well as to a Pena in the evening. I would definitely... More

We stayed here for two nights when passing through Salta. Itl is in a good location only a few minutes walk from the main square, and the building/rooms are very characterful. The staff are also helpful and the breakfast decent. Our only qualm would be that the private bathroom in our room was a bit pokey, but overall a very... More

This was a small hostel/bnb in an old house with several courtyards. The location was excellent--only 2 blocks from the main square. The owners are some of the sweetest people I've interacted with so far traveling across South America. The breakfast was simple but fine--coffee, juice and croissants, and they have a nice kitchen/living room hang out area. Our room... More

I stayed two times at Las Rejas, because it has a great location near the main squire of Salta. It is a small B&B, so different than a big hostel where you meet tons of other backpackers. But I really liked it because of the relaxing vibe. The rooms where cozy and had everything needed, power plug, locker, small desk... More

We had a room with private facilities - spacious bedroom and bathroom, ample storage space, which is not so common in hostels, rich breakfast, cleanliness, excellent location close to the main square and helpful friendly staff. Compared to many other hostels in Argentina, this was high-end. Jan
