Very nicely appointed guest rooms in Spanish Colonial style. Property is about 6 blocks from the main square but is easily walkable and in a nice area. I would definitely stay here again. Standard breakfast offerings but the kitchen staff was very helpful. Reception area was also very pleasant and helpful.

We just returned from a 4 day visit to Salta. The Legado Mitico Salta is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Beautiful decoration, quiet, perfect location. The staff is fabulous, attentive. Wonderful breakfast. We stayed in the Wichi room. The room was very large with a nice seating area, great bathroom, beautifully decorated. We absolutely recommend this... More

We had two stays of two nights duration, separated by two nights elsewhere ( not in Salta). We left part of our luggage (we were traveling around South America for more than a month so there was a lot of it) and a large bag of laundry to be done. The bags and the laundry were all waiting for us... More

We stayed for three separate nights, using Salta as a base to explore Cafayate and Jujuy. The staff helped us with everything we needed, including printing boarding passes, making dinner reservations, and briefing us on the highway routes to our other destinations. The rooms are unique because of the mix of the historical building with nice new amenities, like super... More

We had the WiChi room. Decoration and confort go hand in hand. Just perfect. The staff could not be more attentive and kind, going the extra mile to accomodate all our needs. Thank you to the chef!! I super recommend this hotel.

A heritage building very well transformed into a lovely and quiet hotel. Good taste and charm all over the place, plus a glimpse on how patrons lived by early 20th century. We stayed in their larger room and must admit it was impressive and very comfortable. Located some 10 or 15 block away from the central square. Salta is for... More

Salta City is a fascinating little city in Argentina, with a distinct culture inherited from its history as a rich agricultural center of the Spanish Empire. It was also the center of the gaucho-led fight for independence from Spain, and then tried to hold out against a centralizing power-grap from Buenos Aires (at least, that's the way they tell it).... Our room was outstanding. The public places were charming, warm and welcoming. The breakfast, served in a lovely room, was delicious. It is also just a few blocks from the main square of the town which makes it an ideal place to stay when you are in Salta.

From the street you would never guess what is behind the iron gate. A old family home that was converted into a very quiet and pleasant hotel. Room were large, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to insure that you had everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. Within a... More

A small hotel in the centre of Salta, beautifully furnished with large very comfortable bedrooms and an attractive courtyard. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides breakfast but does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, as it is located just round the corner from a street full of restaurants, it is... More
