The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. This is for check in and out, as well as for breakfast. Everything was clean and I did not have any issues at the hotel. The fitness center was just OK, but it had most of what I needed and everything worked. The only really bad thing was the plastic... More

The hotel was a bit "tired" but a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. There was plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The tub was deeper than some of the newer properties. What I loved was that they still provided free coffee in the lobby and had a 4-cup... More

Victoria was very helpful and accommodating with a reservation error that was no fault of her own or her staff. Everyone employed by the hotel was friendly. The hotel has easy access to the highway yet was quiet. It's time for Marriott to make some renovations to the rooms but overall a pleasant place to stay.

Stayed here just one night but everything was good. Very friendly woman at check-in, made me feel welcome. My room was bigger than the last couple of Fairfields that I have stayed in so that was nice. My room had two beds and while they were both comfortable, I will say that one of them was exceptionally comfortable so I... More

My wife and I usually book at a Marriott facility when we want a place a bit nicer. Our room was O.K., but a lot of noise. The Air Conditioner had a low sound all night and was bothersome. Because middle of night did not raise issue until morning when we checked out. Breakfast was great, and location was fine,... More

This was our second stay at this very comfortable hotel - very quiet and safe location, and at a very good price of just over USD 50 per night. The hotel smelled nice and clean and so did our room, which was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a good choice of food and high quality. The... More

This room is very clean and the bed is heavenly. I think it might be a memory from. I have nothing to complain about except you might want to request a room away from the pool if it is nice weather. It's almost 11:00 PM and I can still hear the kids playing Marco Polo. But breakfast, a nice little... More

Stayed at Fairfield Inn in Mesa for 3 nights because of the value and proximity to Phoenix Marathon. It is located among a number of other hotels and chain restaurants. However, there are very few people and almost no traffic surrounding the hotels so it is somewhat eerily but pleasantly quiet (maybe because of proximity to police station). The staff... More

It just happened that when we arrived they were having plumbing problems and water was shut off to our room. It would have been nice if they could have told us when we checked in. The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms were just what we needed for a short layover stay. The morning breakfast was the best we had on the road while we were traveling. Also, these were the best beds we have slept in and even better than some 4 star hotels.
