I had made a reservation to stay in this hotel. There was an issue with my credit card, and had to wait until 5 am to contact my office on the East Coast. The night manager, instead of being kind or understanding, decided that I was some sort of thief. He called the police. When something like 8 police officers... More

First thing checking in all I smelled was air freshener spray.Hallways have automatic perfumed "freshener" sprays going. The smell gives me migraines and nauseous. The smell permeates the rooms. Had to sleep with Vicks vapor rub around my nose, a cough drop in my mouth and wet cloth on face to hide the smell, also put towel under doorway. Fans and... More

We stayed here St Paddy's night because it was close to the location of a concert we were going to. It was just your typical suburban hotel with nothing to stand out from every other hotel in the area. We had no issues except for the bed which the mattress was foam. I don't believe it was even a memory... More

We stayed at this hotel in Mesa when I visited my mother at Friendship Village which is just moments away. The hotel was full with many guests going to Spring Training games. The room was clean and comfortable with a single serve coffee pot and refrigerator. The breakfast room was clean with usual food available. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the... More

The Fairfield Inn hotel in Mesa Arizona is a conveniently located queen friendly reasonably priced hotel very close to 60. We visited during March with friends and had a very nice time. The staff was warm and friendly the prices were very reasonable, and the rooms were very nice. The room is a suite style, very small with a fold... More

I have checked out from this hotel a few hours ago. I stayed there 1 night, I was in town for a meeting and all the hotels were so expensive (unrealistically!!! I just learned that there was some sport event going on and that is why all the hotels had the sky high rates..) Anyway this Fairfield Inn had a... More

I went for a baseball spring training weekend. Needless to say, rooms in the Phoenix area are tight at this time even though I thought I was booking early. I was fortunate to get a decent room, breakfast included (eggs, meat, make your own waffle, cold cereal -- no hot cereal). Housekeeping service was good -- my room and linens... More

We attended a writers conference next door, but decided to stay at the Fairfield. There were bugs. Rust in the bathroom. And, the room had an odd smell. The staff was nonexistent. I won't be returning there, believe me.

Great service and location is good. Did not eat breakfast so not sure how it was. Walking distance from fiesta mall. Several good chain restaurants very close. Great reservation system for online. Reminder sent prior to visit with links to area attractions.
