Have a nice and quiet room, with a flat TV 46" approximately, has everything you need for a business trip, include a good breakfast and the rate it's excellent if you schedule with a week before your trip. 76 to 84 USD.

Thank you for your kind words concerning your stay with us. Our rooms do provide a great work area for the business traveler, and we just today completed a significant HD upgrade on our in-room TV programming. Our next project is an upgrade on our Internet bandwidth, which is already a great service. We look forward to having you back... More

My husband and I stayed at his hotel last week. We were in Mesa for a concert at the beautiful Mesa Arts Center. The Monsoon rains squelched our idea of walking several blocks to the event. The hotel was very accommodating by offering us free shuttle service. The hotel room was very comfortable and updated. Love the fact that there... More

Thank you for taking time to write a great review of our hotel on Trip Advisor. We love being located right down the street from the Mesa Art Center and the quaint downtown area. Our hotel has been through a lot of great improvements and our "fast and smart" elevators are the latest improvements completed this summer. We look forward... More

Where to begin... First off the hotel is in Arizona and one would expect an establishment to have a fully functioning air conditioning, but No... the brand new elevators were hot and stuffy, no circulation. Once I got to my room on the 11th floor the air conditioning in the room was barely sufficient. It took several hours for me... More

A short stay at this hotel. Plus points: really nice, large room. Great pool and the hotel looks quite smart. Bad points: our experience at breakfast. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Firstly, the breakfast area was difficult to locate and not at all signed. When we arrived, the sour faced waitress ('Rosa') aggressively pointed to a table and stomped... More

I very much appreciate your comments concerning your stay. The level of service you received is totally unacceptable to me. I have shared your comments with my Restaurant Manager, and the individual you reference. It only takes a few moments of poor service to spoil an otherwise good stay. We owe it to every customer that enters our doors to... More

Stayed for one night as part of an ATI tour. After being truly ripped off with the cheese and water on offer during the tour 'welcome' we were thankful to find the room was of a good quality (even if the elevators took aeons to get there). The lobby area and restaurant were both well-maintained and well-decorated. There was a... More

I appreciate the kind words you had to say about many of our hotel features. I was disappointed to read of the service you received in the restaurant. I have shared your comments with our staff, in order to address the behavior of the individual involved. Rosa is a long time associate, but that does not make the type of... More

Very nice Marriott but interesting location. Was happy with our stay buy compared to the many other Marriott Properties I stay at it was clear that updates are needed. Rooms...definitely average and needs updating. The wear and tear of time makes the room feel less comfortable instead of having character. Bar..closed early before 8pm I think it was missing staff.... More

Thank you for your comments concerning your stay. We are finishing the last of our rooms in our renovation project. As well, we have just completed a "modernization" of our elevators. Our in room technology for the TV is also being upgraded. As for our location, we are the only full service hotel in downtown Mesa. Granted there is much... More

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with your last two stays. I believe that I responded to you following your survey that you completed for Marriott. We booked this Marriott at booking.com. We arrived early, but rooms were not ready. Friendly people at the desk gave us suggestions for things to do and restaurants for lunch. Later we checked into a beautiful room. We felt really lucky because we got a special price in the height of the summer heat. We would definitely return for those... More

I appreciate the kind words concerning your stay. I am glad that the staff had good recommendations for you while you waited for your room, and that you enjoyed your time with us. Here at the Mesa Marriott we take the health, safety, and comfort of our guests to heart. When this situation was brought to the attention of our front desk they immediately moved the guest to another room so we could make a through examination for any sort of pests. An inspection of the room was performed by our Chief Engineer... More

My wife and I escaped in-town to the Phoenix Marriott Mesa for the July 4th celebration. It was awesome! This is the third time we have stayed there and each stay has been wonderful. The staff is extremely attentive. We love this hotel!
