In town for a night of rest before leaving on a cross country trip by car. There was a concert of some sort going on and it was so loud that you couldn't escape the bass. I had no idea that this wAs going on that night. We walked down the stairs on time and the trove of refuse in... More

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The concert next door was a city sponsored event. Those are mandated by city code to end at 10 pm--which they do. We always inform our guest the night before, and also alert guest to the event the day of upon check in. I apologize if that communication did not reach you.... More

I only had to stay one night, but it was a nice place. The beds were very comfy. Great pillows. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very cold, so not very enjoyable. Would definately stay again.

on one of my recent business trips, happened to select this hotel, though i am a lot skeptical of global brands. I must say that my experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and so are the front office staff. The room, as usual, typical Marriot style, was reasonable in size and equipped with... More

Thank you so much for the great things you had to say about our hotel. We have spent considerable CAPEX money in the last 18 months, and have more planned for next summer. Your comments about the staff were most gratifying, as they all do their best to go above and beyond in their service. Much is happening to the... More

We went for a getaway in cold November and tried the Phoenix Marriot Mesa. Perfect hotel for business too i might add. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were excellent. The property is a little dated, but super clean, and well fitted. I believe it was a former Sheraton. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed on... More

Arrived after a long day in the bus from LA on the day that the monsoon rains hit Mesa. Fortunately for us the hotel seemed relatively unscathed. When we arrived, there were crackers and cheese and soft drinks waiting for us. Front office was friendly and efficient. Our case were brought up to our room promptly. Free wi-fi was reasonable... We stayed at the hotel for the Arizona Fire School. There were six of us in all. The air conditioner in the rooms barely worked and there was little to no air conditioning in the lobby/common areas. Daytime highs were in the 100's. Maintenance checked my unit twice. It still did not cool. Then the drain pan leaked twice, spilling... More

I am disappointed to hear of your experience at our hotel during the Arizona Fire School training. We have enjoyed a great relationship with the organization for years, and we look forward to the extending years to come. While we attempted to correct the problem in your room, we obviously did not deliver to your satisfaction. A room move was... More

Have a nice and quiet room, with a flat TV 46" approximately, has everything you need for a business trip, include a good breakfast and the rate it's excellent if you schedule with a week before your trip. 76 to 84 USD.

Thank you for your kind words concerning your stay with us. Our rooms do provide a great work area for the business traveler, and we just today completed a significant HD upgrade on our in-room TV programming. Our next project is an upgrade on our Internet bandwidth, which is already a great service. We look forward to having you back... More

My husband and I stayed at his hotel last week. We were in Mesa for a concert at the beautiful Mesa Arts Center. The Monsoon rains squelched our idea of walking several blocks to the event. The hotel was very accommodating by offering us free shuttle service. The hotel room was very comfortable and updated. Love the fact that there... More

Thank you for taking time to write a great review of our hotel on Trip Advisor. We love being located right down the street from the Mesa Art Center and the quaint downtown area. Where to begin... First off the hotel is in Arizona and one would expect an establishment to have a fully functioning air conditioning, but No... the brand new elevators were hot and stuffy, no circulation. Once I got to my room on the 11th floor the air conditioning in the room was barely sufficient. It took several hours for me... More

A short stay at this hotel. Plus points: really nice, large room. Great pool and the hotel looks quite smart. Bad points: our experience at breakfast. Oh my goodness. Where to start! Firstly, the breakfast area was difficult to locate and not at all signed. When we arrived, the sour faced waitress ('Rosa') aggressively pointed to a table and stomped... More

I very much appreciate your comments concerning your stay. The level of service you received is totally unacceptable to me.
