I had two connecting rooms since this hotel does not have rollaways. One was two queen beds and the other was a king room. We arrived very late and probably at a front desk shift change. Both computers were locked up, and I'm not sure why, but it made checking in a little long. The front desk staff were very... More

The location is not far from a light rail drop off but this makes the street one way to the next intersection when driving. The staff greeted us and set us up with a nice room. A map of the area was provided and a couple recommendations given for dinner. Our room looked as if a recent renovation had occurred.... More

They do whatever is neededbto make a person feel welcome. I have visited this place for awhile now. I won't stay anywhere else but there. Scott is 1 in a million. He treats... More

PLUS: Large room, quite clean, good linens and comfy bed, good welcome from Scott. LESS: old TV's, average internet, and SO NOISY, never ever-seen this...communicative rooms with plywood doors assure you to share the room with your neighbors at all time, even for the smallest things and unfortunately, our direct neighbors had a young baby :-( so no rest at... Our recent stay at the Econo Lodge was great. The young man at the front desk was very professional and made us feel like valued customers. He went out of his way to help us. The lodge appears to be recently updated. Our room, 230, was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a balcony... More

We travel all over this country and stay in close to 50 different motels a year, mostly Choice, and are Elite Diamond Members. We have stayed at this facility every January since 2010 when it was a Clarion Inn. Now it is an EconoLodge and we just completed a week's stay and were highly satisfied from all points of view.... Great staff, very polite, clean premises. Centrally located, easy access to Papago park, mystery castle, goldfield ghost town. Breakfast, quick to go, sufficient. King bed was great, room 133 was looking out onto the swimming pool area and at back of complex.

For under $40 a night I got a decent sized room with a big comfy bed and a really nice bathroom (tile floor, curved shower rod, recessed sink, hair dryer, etc.). Plus I got fast & reliable wifi, a handy fridge and microwave -- even an iron and ironing board. Also the hot water was hot, and the climate control... More

Although dated and seemingly plain as a motel, the room was quite comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet. It is by no means first class but delivers all the necessities (comfortable bed and pillows, clean and functional bathroom) quite well (above average). It even includes some extras (coffee, fridge and microwave, all in room). The motel has no frills (but does... More
