Stayed at this location for four nights during spring training because it was close to the Cub's facilities (big Cubs fan here). Were able to get ground room floor and found it clean with no visible problems. It's no fancy place, but it was adequate for our needs. Went down for Spring Training and just wanted a place to sleep for the night so I was not expecting much. Thought the area closer to Hohokam Park would be an okay area and it was not.
