I have stayed at this hotel a few times in my travels to phoenix and the metropolitan areas, The hotel staff is very polite, more than willing to accommodate it's guests as far as checkout times and providing fresh linens. They practically insist on cleaning your room if your staying for multiple nights to ensure you have fresh linens, a clean... More

We've stayed at this motel several times, even when it was still a Motel 6. It's showing its age a bit, but the bed's comfortable, the room's clean, and the people are friendly. Jose in particular was really helpful and friendly. I would suggest doing something about the pool. If it can't be put back into use, remove or cover... More

This is one of the least expensive of the malor chains in the valley. I stay here quite often and get a good nights sleep. Many of the rooms could use some repairs, and some were missing the basic items like the hanger rack for your cloths and the clock radio.

I booked a room here back in late January with my family. First of all I cannot imagine how these guys deal with some of these unreasonable people! Upon checking in there were people walking in and blurting out questions all while checking my family and I in! During that time there was one lady saying there was only 3... More

Although I was hoping for the pool to be running, my stay was good. The employees are very kind and give you what you ask for. However, the continental breakfast is not very broad. And there is no mini fridges in the rooms. It was in a convenient location and provided good service. The hotels price doesn't break the bank... More

This place would be a last resort when all else fails. Our room had broken light switch, missing shower tiles exposing rot and black substance (mold?), bugs in room and bed, inadequate towels, stains on bed sheets, and no water for almost a day! We were there for a week's worth of business and lack of water from leak in... More

Dump. After electricity, it goes down hill. First room assigned was never cleaned. Second room had 5 tv channels. Other guests were assigned room keys access to my room. Has not been updated since 1975. Believe me i'm not picky, but this is ridiculous!
