We stayed at this property for the awesome hotwire rate of $47.00 a night (summer rate) for my son's baseball tournament. Very nice property. Room was above average in cleanliness and decor. The pool, though we didn't use, it was nice. The lobby was nice and the employees all very friendly. Possibly best of all was location. This property is... More

Spent three nights here due to a function in the area but would have left earlier if I wasn't already committed. We stayed in the suite section of the hotel and the rooms were very tired. They were well worn and quite shabby in parts. They only plus was the pool. The pool was a good size and the kids had... More

This hotel is above average due to the fantasic pool, and friendly staff. There is not a breakfast provided though so be careful if you wanted that. Would be better if had some updating. My best advice don't look up at your air vent filter, just stay down at the pool :)

The first room I was in was adequate. Updated and clean, but I could not escape the feel of the 1970s. The hotel was gracious enough to let me check out late, 9 pm as I had a red-eye flight. I moved from the room I had spent the week in because they needed a double (the rooms had double... More

This hotel just isn't very good. The rooms are OK and the service people try to do their best. The whole place just seems really run down. The stairwells and elevators are filthy. The pool had around 7 chairs and all of them were old. There are much better hotels in the area in the same price range.

We came to Phoenix Metro area for the Renaissance Festival in Gold Canyon. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay so far from the fest but it was an easy, straight-forward drive to it. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and all-around wonderful. Easy to check in and out. The rate per night was well-worth it (about $118 a... More

I spent a three days here while attending a conference in Mesa and was very pleased with it in all respects. Comforatble and spacious room. Very clean and well appointed. Attractive lobby, and bar. Nice pool and hot tub area. I would definitely stay here again.

We obtained this Holiday Inn through Hotwire, a "blind" service, so we didn't have a choice of specific hotels. But we felt we lucked out, and that the $66 price (plus taxes and fees) was a good value. Lots of convenient parking. Spacious, attractive lobby. Front desk people were friendly, and very helpful. All rooms are non-smoking and ours was... More

We stayed here four nights in one of the King suites on 4th floor. Bedroom side facing noisy freeway and living room window facing elevator doors with no pool view. Appeared to be bullet/rock chip in freeway side window. Bed was comfortable with adequate space but whole suite could use some care. There appeared to be mildew around the lower... More

Nice lobby, great front desk help. Only meal at the restaurant was breakfast buffet. We have had better. Hotel hallway and rooms need upgrading compare to the lobby. This hotel would be okay if you just need a place to stay while on business or in town for an event in Phoenix
