We stayed here for two nights and it was a very basic stay. As typical with all Holiday Inns, there aren't as many outlets (in convenient spots) as other hotel chains and their beds are full size beds and not queens which makes it a little tight for a family of 4. Our room was not updated, but it was... More

Met my mother and brother and his family for some days to visit. The front desk team were very accommodating as I flew in and checked in a couple hrs early. My first room was older.etc. I asked for another room in the newer building and they did have one so I was able to move. They were very pleasant... More

Bed Bugs galore. When I complained to the front desk they simply switched me to an even worse room. The bites doubled the next day, and the second room was nearly falling apart. Outlets were impossible to find and if you wanted to plug in more than 2 things anywhere-you had to unplug half of your room. But even worse,... More

Some of the rooms have not been updated in a while and it shows. Power went out caused by an off site issue. There was no emergency lighting, staff took quite a while to start the generator. Once started it did not light the entire hotel, only the common areas in the lobby. Staff was adequate. cleanliness was average.

The lobby is very nice and the pool is beautiful. Which is probably the best part of this hotel. Everything else about this place is very old and outdated. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed to have there name on the outside of this hotel. Enough said

On Bike Race Website Holiday Inn Suites advertised $109 which is highway robbery with this echo chamber of highway sounds from every room. They also claimed a free breakfast. Upon arrival it took over 45 minutes to be checked in. The motel was run down and every staff member very rude. Breakfast was basically worse than any continental breakfast I've... More

This hotel is one to avoid. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but it is clear they don't enforce the rules and the ventilation system funneled smoke from adjoining rooms into ou room throughout the night. Also, there is no non-smoking area around the pool so there is nowhere ou can go to avoid breathing other people's smoke. The... More

Check in was a bit slow but staff was friendly. Our room was large and had a refrigerator. The bed was fairly comfortable and had all non-feather pillows. There were power outlets on each side of the bed (thank you!)--great for charging phones at bedside. The shower/tub combo had minimal mold. Water pressure was decent and the hot water stayed... Property nicely maintained. Close to restaurants and stores. Near highways great access to any part of Phoenix and surrounding suburbs. Room was comfortable. Rooms could use a remodel to be competitive. But was very clean.
