I stayed here for one night on May 15 as I was in town for pleasure. The room was nice enough and I love the new bedding they have but the walls were THIN! We could hear our neighbor's TV and we could hear them talking and coughing (thank God that's all they did). We turned on the A/C and... more

We frequently stay at Hampton Inns because they are typically a good value and provide good service. This one is no exception. We had a problem with the AC in our room. It would never cool lower than 78 degrees. Called the front desk. The gentleman there was at our room in 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes he had us... more

The front desk staff here was nice enough, but the hotel is pretty dumpy. I was first given a ground floor room and told that nothing else was avaialble. When I called the Hilton customer service line, they contacted the hotel and found out that there was a room available on the second floor (it was two queen beds rather... more

Room was way too small - asked to be moved to a larger room - Night Manager asked for an additional $10 per night (I was there for 3 nights) staing "That's what your travel agent rented" I refused and noted that I come to town and stay 3-4 weeks over the summer - and was considering staying here on... more

Had a problem finding the place initially because "South Gilbert Road" is actually just north of the highway that runs along the side of the hotel property. Hotel is located too close to the secondary road and in the middle of a small languid strip mall that seems to have a possible social service agency where people loiter on the... more

We stayed here as a base from which to visit Rocking R Ranch, and take side trips to Salt River Canyon and the Apache Trail. The treadmill was unuseable because it was wobbly & had bad vibrations caused by loose bolts meant to hold the pedestal/control panel in place. There is a computer near the front desk/breakfast area. The parking... more

Stayed here two nights on the main floor. Paid $89 per night. Everything was good. Restaurants are 2 blocks south on the other side of the highway. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good staff, clean rooms and normal Hampton Inn breakfast. more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for 6 nights while I was in the process of relocating to Mesa, AZ and found it to be a great hotel. Staff were all very helpful. My room was very clean and I even had a lap desk for my laptop. Everything was in working order and bed was very comfortable. They have... more

Had to switch rooms twice because first one smelled like smoke and then they put us right next to construction that woke us up at 7am the next morning, but other than that the hotel was great. staff was nice. The construction(updating rooms) by my estimates should be done by april. continental breakfest was good. didnt use pool but looked... more

While attending a friends wedding we stayed two nights at HI, Mesa. We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and the room pleasant. The tempatures outside were in the 110 degree range, but the room was cool and pleasant; a nice oasis after being out in the sun! The complimentary breakfast was great, with eggs and sausage one... more
