I highly recommend the courtyard for business travelers. Do not take your family there, since it is not a great area of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived last month I had excellent service when I checked into the hotel. I even got a courtyard view overlooking the pool. Plenty of room even with my fridge. It was very quiet could not hear your guests next door. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel. Close to downtown Mesa and walking distance to the mall. more

We chose the Courtyard based on other reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. The hotel is reasonable in price, clean, modern and comfortable. It's close to the 60 freeway and other arterials that can get you to any location in the Phoenix area.
