Made reservations online for 2 rooms, had to change the dates of the second room, so I call the hotel directly so there would be no confusion. That did not work out. The first room for our relatives worked out fine, but when I checked in at a later date then they did, they did not have my reservation for 2 queens, non-smoking. The only thing they had left was smoking. Late at night, so we took it. The room did not smell that bad, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. Must of killed about 10-15. Got up the next morning and talked to the front desk. Manager did nothing except walk away when the front desk person showed up. Told her what happened. She remembered me calling her to change dates and names, but no one every said they were sorry or tried to make up for their mistakes. They said they were going to have someone spray the room for bugs. Don't know if they did, but killed fewer bugs the second night. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but enough for the kids and us... more
