For $63 dollars per night/per room including breakfast, this place was a definite bargain. The rooms were clean and big, the pool was clean, and the hotel was not far from Phoenix. I also found the place to be very quiet if that is a concern for people. I would definitely recommend. more

The Best Western Mezona is an older property that tries hard in many ways. Rooms have been redone, breakfast is generous, staff is accommodating. So why are we not more pleased? Stayed at the Mezona for Cubs Spring Training March 4-7 2006. Overall the property would have been rated excellent but could not justify based on cost.
