quiet, safe, pleasant staff, free breakfast, clean. AC was a little noisy but do not have AC at home so not used to any noise at night, maybe just us. Construction on trolley way out front working all night but never heard it. Just a pain not being able to turn left into the parking lot headed east but know... More

WE were especially impressed that this motel which we thought would be just an old run down motel, was very up to date in clean, modern furnished, spacious rooms, and with a very good HOT breakfast and such a friendly helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel as it was within walking distance to the concert we were attending, Mesa Arts Center and it was definitely worth what we paid. Having said that I would add that it was quite noisy with people arriving late at night. You could easily hear them arriving outside the room. The rooms also need updating as... More

This hotel is fine if you don't care what size of bed you get and don't need WiFi. When I stayed here the WiFi was working and staff said it has always been a problem. Reserved and paid extra for a room with a King only to be told none were available at check in. Staff refused to refund the... More

Grocery stores are a few miles down the road. The staff is very friendly overall. The nights were nice and quiet in the area and I got decent sleep. Complimentary self serve breakfest with provided... More

We have been coming to Phoenix for many outpatient surgery's. Knowing that you have a clean, quiet, comfortable bed awaiting you is priceless. After seeing me to bed my wife went out to unload our truck. Without even asking, one of the staff volunteered and brought our bags into our room.

Great place to stay very well kept up and extremely comfortable. Great beds! The rooms are very spacious and they have everything I need. Breakfast was adequate and I had a little trouble getting on internet but that was a minor annoyance in this case.

I spent 1 night at the Best Western Mezona Inn when the A/C in my home broke. I checked in late, around 6:30, the front desk girl was very friendly. The room I booked cost only $50/night, I think $54/ after taxes, and for that price, was more than adequate. There is a bunch of parking, plenty of room even... More
