I stayed here on business for three nights. The value was exceptional, the Executive Lounge was remarkable (nice nibbles and bottomless drinks), and the Zuni Grill for breakfast was top notch! The location feels a bit dated, but they make up for it in experience.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when we were in town for family function. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly, helpful staff and clean facilities of the hotel. The location was excellent for our purposes and we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

I was recently at the Mesa Hilton for a dance competition. I found the staff to be very polite, the rooms were quiet and clean. I took my dog...there was a $50 charge, but everyone was very nice to my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. There were even treats at the front desk. Caution: someone in our group had some valuables... We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the past, and as always the service from the staff here is excellent. We paid for an upgrade suite, a modest charge, but sadly this was above the pool and very close to the busy highway 60 into Phoenix. During the rush hour it is quiet as the traffic... More

Very nice property, definitely a step above the average businessmen's hotel! Good location with lots of shopping, dining & entertainment choices in the immediate area. Hotel staff were all very pleasant & helpful. Food was very good! Executive lounge a most enjoyable perk! Family & pet friendly. Pool area also very nice & clean.

Welcoming lobby. Clean, spacious furnished room. Computer station offers free printing for business documents, flight check-ins, etc. Very likely the most cozy hotel one can stay in the area. The only downside is the lack of public transportation so one would need a (rental) car.

Hotel was ok but I travel for business every week and the one thing I can not stand is incompetent staff. A microcosm of the stay lays with the one hour I had to lay by the pool. It's Arizona, it's over a 100 degrees, you would think they would have towels by their pool. I asked the front desk... More

Everything was perfect.....thanks so much! Ambiance is wonderful and I loved the M&Ms at the front desk!! Beautifully decorated, beds are super comfortable and the staff is warm and helpful. I was there for a conference and it could not have been better. Hope I can do it again sometime soon.

With easy access to I-60, this is a great place to stay if you need to quickly and easily access Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe and Chandler. The staff is exceptionally friendly, with no exception. The on-site restaurant is pleasant, with reasonable prices and good food. The room had some maintenance issues, like a slow draining bathtub, very loud AC that never... More

We had huge 1 room disabled suite, which was right above the lobby, 3rd floor, lg. private balcony with pretty view. Military Rate included great breakfast. Fridge-TV, comfy beds--no microwave, GREAT STAFF!
