The bed was very comfy and one of the better ones we have experienced. Also, the towels were large and soft so that was great too. Had a good view of the pool area which was nice. The staff was helpful and cheerful. We had the Executive lounge but contrary to others, it did not include an sausages or salmon... More

The executive lounge is only open for breakfast and two hours in the evening. The staff at the lounge strictly enforced the closing time, i.e.7:30 pm. I think that is way too early as compared to other Hilton's lounges. Even though I had the room key to get into lounge, the staff still needed to check my name on her... More

Good and bad, but with the government rate, I'd come back again. Good service at the front counter and in Zuni Grill for the breakfast buffet. The Executive lounge on the 7th floor is nice also. Besides the usual eggs and bacon fair the breakfast buffet had nice fat sausages and smoked salmon (lox) and capers and diced red onions.... More

I was really disappointed in my room. It had a view of the roof with windows that we actually boarded up doors that I could barely see through. The noise for the bar was so loud it made it hard to get to sleep. I spoke with one of my peers who stayed on the 8th floor, as I was... More

The staff was very rude and made no effort to be helpful. While the rooms are pretty standard and the concierge food was respectable, I would never stay at this property again because of the attitude of the staff. You are better off staying some place else.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The catered meals were particularly good. The 200-character minimum is silly. Once you've said what you have to say, why add anything else?

I attended a 2 day conference within the hotel. The room was lovely and well appointed. Food service during the meetings and events was delicious. Loved the hotel breakfast! Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to please.

I had an overnight stay in Mesa for business... Found this place, and booked the room. When I arrived, I notice the parking lot was lit comfortably. The hotel was nice (atrium style) so I did ask for a higher floor. The 7th was Perfect for a great sleep; and in the morning, I got a laugh at watching the... More

Stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights for a conference held in the hotel. Easy on-off US 60, very close to the Fiesta Mall and numerous chain restaurants. My room (519) was nicely appointed, 2 Queen beds, TV, Mini-Fridge, and in-room safe. The bathroom was clean and updated, though a little small. The clearances require the door to be closed... More

Great spot to stay for a conference. Central location off of US 60. Friendly and accommodating staff. As this was an IT conference, they had to deal with high maintenance people. The rooms are modern. The food was appropriate.
